Re: Cristiano Ronaldo is the GREATEST OF ALL TIME. Now Sit down and STFU
Cristiano honestly is an utter joke. Only in his final two years in Real I began to see what a specimen he is and even more so in Juventus in what he has adapted in his game, even further.
Just turning 35 and having the biometric feedback of a man in his early 20s tells me he is not going to show a steep decline anytime soon.
I would credit his form to his general happiness that is so obvious in Juventus given we knew what problems he had with fans in Real Madrid and the board not making him feel important enough, as lame as that sounds.
In Juve the board does seem to cater to all his needs whilst the fans are ever so doting to him. Being a club with lower expectations than Real that is expected but he seems to have found the right balance and loves it in Italia from my perspective.

Cristiano Ronaldo now has 25 Serie A goals this season.
— ESPN FC (@ESPNFC) July 4, 2020
The last time Juventus had a player hit 25? Omar Sívori in 1960-61. pic.twitter.com/1AiHTRnHsd
Guy has done it everywhere. England. Spain. Italy.
Truly the greatest.

Still being an absolutely gem of a footballer at an age where most have either retired or look like they need to retire.
Sigh, brilliant. Still miss him in a Madrid jersey tbh.

Even more impressive in context, Ronaldo has missed 4 serie A games this season. So this is 25 goals in 26 games. Furthermore, it's not a bunch hattricks, this is his current run:

In the last 16 matches, the only one where he didnt score, he assited
Incredible player to have in my team, even if it's not prime Madrid Ronaldo, it's still amazing.

He could still improve those numbers easily if we had a couple of players who can spot his runs on time.
Matuidi & friends being in the best position to feed CR is not ideal to say the least. We mess up a lot of 2 and 3 Vs 1/2 attacks because of absolutely horrific decision making

Matuidi is incredibly ineffective. Today all things stopped with his coming on. Rabiot behind CR makes everything flow much better at least. Ronaldo is making too many runs that go unnoticed, even Dybala and Cuadrado missed him some times in this last match.

well it doesn't look like they'll be winning the CL anytime soon with their midfield and coaching situation.
If he jumps ship, Dymbo will also.

Wouldn't surprise me if he wants to move, Jjuve need to rebuild with younger players and that takes time that Ronaldo doesn't have and money that Jjuve might not have (unless they get rid of some big wages).

Re: Cristiano Ronaldo is the GREATEST OF ALL TIME. Now Sit down and STFU
The case will be obvious. Cristiano likely is going to give a light ultimatum to Juve if they do not ramp up their squad then no point in staying but reports also say he is intent in winning the UCL with Juve and seeing what happened in Zidane, in Pirlo himself.
Agnelli and Co. will have to ramp up their efforts to give a project he believes in.
All these top players at their twilight ends of their careers need to be convinced by an ambitious project or then seek new challenges.

Ronaldo has scored some insane headers in his career, and there are many that easily surpass the one I'm about to mention, but there's something about this particular header that always makes me come back to watch it again. Maybe its because if its incredible power, who knows?
What a bullet!

Someone showed me this, the other day. I’ve always thought his passing ability has been underrated and underappreciated. He never really showcased it all that often, after all. I never quite realized just how good he is at it before watching the video, though. Be prepared for a lot of awful finishes by other players

Re: Cristiano Ronaldo is the GREATEST OF ALL TIME. Now Sit down and STFU
Cristiano's passing has always been ridiculously underrated.
Just doing so are not a part of his game and not of interest to him.
But see too many crisp through balls either in orthodox fashion or the flair only he can produce, to deny he isn't actually a very good passer of the ball. Playmaker? No but he does have a final pass on him and links up beautifully and did so under Allegri more than anyone else.
If we are speaking of the more aesthetic side of his passes. Foot, outside of the foot, inner thighs, his head, literally his back.
Not to mention his crosses. To this day. His cross to Ramsey v Roma last week was a clear example.

He's in a race to be fit for the Barça clash. For the spectacle of the obvious rivalry I sincerely hope it happens, even if a second legs exists.
Knowing him he'll make it.

He would have to test negative since UEFA requires a week between the final positive test and the match. Its unlikely but we'll know today if he can play.

Re: Cristiano Ronaldo is the GREATEST OF ALL TIME. Now Sit down and STFU
A small but quite significant gesture from Ronaldo. For The Best Award, he voted for Lewandowski, Messi and Mbappe in order. He was the only of the three finalists to vote for the other two.
Lewa went for Thiago, Neymar and De Bruyne while Messi voted for Neymar, Mbappé and Lewa.

Interesting. Maybe age has got to Ronaldo to learn to be like this as its the first time Ive read hes voted for rivals
Messi has always done that.
