That might be valid for last generation, Nowdays marquee players are the coaches.

When I saw him at Juventus I would have said Gifted ball carrier, athletic, gifted passer in the final third.
Combine the 3 together and you have a very effective and complete midfielder.
Obviously he hasn't been that player this season.
Doesn't help that Mou is a negative POS.

But he doesn't have a Kommander on the sidelines either. He just hast an outdated pleb and a team full of scrubs. He's not the marquee player who can raise his teams performance, that's obvious. But if you hand him to the Kommander he will show he's a good player.
@Betty the whole point is that you can't see it because of Mou.

Chelsea should consider themselves lucky that Mou didn't equip UTD with knuckle brass and pocket knives lol.

Pogba was never supposed to be winning games on his own you clown, not that sort of player and has never been deployed in that sort of role since coming here
he obviously isn't worth that money and hasn't set the world alight but he's shown glimpses
had a period where he won MOTM about 7 games in a row just before xmas
name 5 midfielders that have been better than him this season in the PL

anyway not much to take away from this game, referee ruined it with the crappy sending off. Had no chance after that, such a shame. Will settle for the treble.

Pogba's had the most passes in opposition half in the prem this season btw.
Chelsea haven't even looked great which is the most annoying thing, 100% would have won if not for corrupt ref.

So, in the end its more or less fine, this result. Didnt suffer a humiliation Check. Got out of this pointless competition Check. . The only bad thing from this is match to take out is Herrera missing out 2 coming games. Ander and Ibra. Basically our 2 best players out with suspension. More of Fellaini.

fml in my rage I completely forgot that means Ander is out of the upcoming games. Thankfully it's West Brom and Boro, we should be ok without them. Should.

Re: English Premier League '16-'17 Discussion - Part 12
Very proud of our boys today.
Depleted by injurues, underdogs against the league leaders, screwed by the referee and having to play a man down for a whole hour.
Still, kept it close until the very last minute, Mou's tactics spot on - don't commit to attack too early instead save our energy for a last minute offensive. In the end, we were unlucky in our finishing again.
It's a very good perfomance and result tbh, because we cannot forget that this season we are but a little pony in the horserace.
