Re: Riccardo Orsolini
i follow enough Ascoli because of geographic matter. He is talented but atm he is a " highlights player "(inconsistent during the same match).
surely you'll loan him because he is less 'done' than a Berardi was

5th goal of the tournament now, against England in the semifinals. Top scorer iirc.

Winger/forward who plays off the right and is left footed from what I've seen. General Rincon can correct me if I'm wrong.

Re: Riccardo Orsolini
If that's the case unless we sign somebody of a better calibre than Cuadrado he should be in the squad or at least given the chance to impress pre-season. Seeing as Cuadrado is hit & miss as a winger, not starting quality imo and instead of changing formations when he's out of form/rested we could just use this lad.
If we're not gonna splash out on established top players on the wing we should be giving our best young signings a chance.

Re: Riccardo Orsolini
You're getting #rekt sons, Milan snapping transfers left and right, Juve needs to step up and splash on some instead of getting cut price deals and 9 year loans with obligation to buy.
You should go for:
-Verratti
-De Sciglio
-Di Maria

His agent said that he would start the preseason with Juve and then Allegri would decide. Orsolini could be useful like you say, as an option when people are out of form. Allegri will probably make the right decision.

I don't think anyone would disagree with that list but its no happening sadly. I do feel that we are being too passive so far. Only Schick is clear. We'll end up losing Conti to Milan and Bernardeschi to Inter and I will be pissed.

Re: Riccardo Orsolini
The thing that worries me is that unless we pull out a shock
The tier 1 players I.E Mbappe, Sanchez, Di Maria are ruled out almost completely
Tier 2 players like Costa aren't good enough on their own.
Young, promising players like Berna and Keita we are either low balling or not interested enough.
So if Tier 1 is impossible, and young potential tier 1 players are unlikely then the summer is shaping up to be more of an exercise in strengthening our bench with maybe 1 new starting winger if we're lucky and they over perform.
Early days yet, but that's the reading i'm getting.

Re: Riccardo Orsolini
I'm getting a similar feeling, and I'm not overly positive of of next year in Serie A. Maybe its just the haunting CL lost.
Di Maria and Sanchez are pretty much out. Those are my top 2. Bernardeschi is owned by Fiore, that's my third one. Douglas Costa is welcomed but I'm not overly excited, he could be a minor improvement at most. Then there is Keita, who is wanting to come, but I'm really not sold on him for Juve and the management are low balling Lazio too much.
I know some people don't care as much about Serie A by now, and some think we are run away winners no matter what. For me its not like that at all. I absolutely care about Serie A and I see a big threat next year if we get complacent this summer. The management, and the players, must stay hungry.
We won only by 4 points this year. Our old team is 1 year older. We'll have Napoli, where they are all young and staying getting 1 year better, plus no transition as last year (Higuain's departure).
I feel that we need to strengthen the team this summer with hungry players, and not just for CL, but for the league too. Dani Alves was shit in the league (or injured) for a good 80% of it. I want players wanting to make their name in Italy, not only in Europe. I need some transfer like Pjanic's.

Re: Riccardo Orsolini
I don't see us winning Serie A next season. I think other teams are hungrier, have less to focus on and most teams under us will just get better.
Unless we really make some quality signings, it's hard to improve our starting 11, with our system in mind. What worries me most is there doesn't seem to be a need for a CM of starting quality, to me that's probably our most pressing need.
After that, a quality forward to rotate like Schick (who could remain with Samp but I'm still all for the move). And a winger, but I'm not sold on Costa or Di Maria or Keita... I would rather Bernardeschi or Berardi, as they bring a different dimension.

Re: Riccardo Orsolini
Please don't kid yourselves, you're still on track for Serie A. No team has the mental fortitude quite as much as Juve. Roma? Please. Napoli? Chokers. Us? Delusional. Inter? Lol.
Put it this way, Juve is still a cut above the rest, even if you have won just by 4 points. It would take a freak season for Juve to drop their streak, and i mean something completely unordinary

Re: Riccardo Orsolini
I disagree that we are a cut above the rest in the league. It was only 4 points. Now Roma is question mark with a new coach and maybe new key players.
Meanwhile, Napoli this season already scored more goals than we did, and they lost lest games than we did. If you read that sentence, 9 out of 10 times that team wins the league. The difference was 3 draws.
Their team is full of young players who already beasted and have fantastic chemistry. 1 more year of that, without having to readjust due to Higuain and... I'm not overly confident for us. They got 2 loses when Milik got injured before they used Mertens as a CF, that was the title right there.
Insigne, Diawara, Jorginho, Zielinski, Rog, Milik, Koulibaly, Hysaj, Ghoulam, Allan, etc. All of them are young and improving.
This can be overcome again if our players are hungry, the team works like a machine, and the summer goes well. These are all not to be taken for granted though. Its been 6 years and the title is bound to be lost at some point. When I read news of how Khedira thinks of going to the MLS I'm not confident that he has the mentality to carry us. These are the situations that worry me. We have a bunch of great young players but they are mostly not given the chance (loaned away or injured or benched), if our VERY old squad can keep it up then we'll win, I'm just not sure how long they will be able to do it for 38 games. I'm confident we'll beat anyone in a knockout, but not over the whole league.
tldr: I'm pissed and I want some younger players integrated into the squad that can carry the winning mentality forward past this season.

Re: Riccardo Orsolini
I guess Chiellini and Bonucci answered me
Bonucci: "Me leaving Juve? its just gossip that you (the media) make"
Chiellini:
"The regret of Cardiff is to have been able to play like Juve"
"This experience will serve in the future, because the will of all of us is to play again games like that in Cardiff. And we want to do it possibly already next year."
"Bonucci? I bet whatever you want that Leo stays at Juve"

Re: Riccardo Orsolini
Speaking of Orsolini, i watched the first half against England yesterday and he scored ! Seems promising. Against weaker sides you play Pjaca-Schick-Orso, it's worth a fap session or two, i guess.
Also i was wondering who is Italy captain bossing the midfield, they never show his name until 30' minute or so. Then i realize it was Mandragora ! Now that i see him he definetly deserves a spot over Sturaro.
i appreciate that boy Vitale as well, i think we still own his rights...

Re: Riccardo Orsolini
It's a shame we don't use more of our youngsters for depth instead of having to buy 3rd options such as Sturaro. We have found some good talents in Lirola,Audero,Orsolini,Donis,Cassata etc. The best of them we should bring while they are U20 imo or atleast send them to clubs who know how to work with young players such as Sassuolo (our Juve B) , Atalanta,Sampdoria.
I can see Lirola doing great as back-up for a year or 2 before eventually becoming a starter, he is followed by Barcelona iirc.
Orsolini and Mandragora can find playing time and play when we have secures the match to replace Dybala/Cuadrado and Mandragora replacing a midfielder.
We got Bentacur as well who looks like a smart midfielder, still has to work a bit, run more but he's very talented imo.
