Seriously, he is the last person you would imagine as Geralt. Still gonna give him a chance of course but it feels like he got casted just because of profile.

In any case, I am most interested in seeing how they play out the witcherverse. CGI will take 90% of the budget. But they might go political route?

How is he the last person you would imagine?

Everything looks wise and the physical demands fit. Geralt isn’t a role that would take a huge thespian to do perfectly. He has the play a physical stoic guy with deadpan humour. That’s what he played in MI6.

Geralt is supposed to be thin. Physically he needs to lose bulk, lad is an absolute unit.

Character wise there's not a massive deviation tbh.

It's Ciri where people will be shocked, she's a markedly different character in the books. She's quite poorly characterised in the games tbh.

Finished part 1 of La casa de papel.

These foreign Netflix shows are truly hidden gems.

You know a show is good when all you think about at work is to go home and watch few more episodes ffs.

It's incredible.

Ozark season 2 was much better than season 1 for me. A lot of eps of season 1 bored me to death but in this season at least something moved the plot forward in each episode.

I love all the characters. Acting is so good. Hate Arturo though.

This scene was probably the best in part 1 imo. captures the theme perfectly. So emotional.

Berlin. Phenomenal character and the actor was 10/10. Favourite character by far.

Man, Berlin is indeed amazing. Really gifted actor, I thoroughly enjoyed every scene he stole, especially the last one in the final P2 episode. It was fvcking biblical, mate! Romeo & Juliet Proud

This show instantly became one of my all-time favourites. The Spanish made it even better

Watching Jack Ryan since its been shoved down my throat everywhere i go, not bad, 3 eps in

John Krasiniski never struck me as more than Jim from the office, heck he even sorta acts like Jim, the awkward goofball with quips here and there.

Enjoyed The Dragon Prince quite a bit. A worthy, yet spiritual successor to Avatar: The Last Airbender

Season seemed too short, but it was an excellent one none the less.

8.5/10.

Maniac is good. Its not pretentious tripe, its actually a good show. Emma Stone is unbelievably good in it, easily the best part of the show.
