I'm mentioning players to improve on Rakitic there, and Verratti is the worst on that list probably. Dude is so overated. People act like he is Xavi reborn. Rafinha has improved enough to start for us, even if he is obviously not displacing Iniesta, he should be given a chance for Rakitic right now. Also, he can play there very well as Rakitic moves to RW a lot (where Messi should be) and Rafinha excels in that position.

Imagine if we had kept Thiago, we would now have a future super midfield of Rafinha - Thiago - Busquets...

Thiago has been plagued by too many injuries but it seems this season he is finally making the best of his potential.

What I find extremely stupid about the sale of Thiago was that it was done to keep Fabregas who never fitted into our team and was himself sold just one summer later.

I wouldnt mind seeing Di Maria Messi link up actually, Di Mario has play in numerous roles, is good enough for us and is a work horse. Why nobody ever mention him?
