Yeah RDR online was great for back in the day when free roam online was irrelevant. But, i'd say in any free roam online game it's gonna be crap unless you're mic'd up with some lads having group banter because there's no 'direction' you do wtf you want

For example GTA Online has changed so much I've put hours in to it recently buying a motorcycle club, and saving up and buying illegal businesses that I need to maintain and run whilst dickheads in the lobby try and ruin me. Great stuff.

Definitely looking forward to this.

I don't play GTA Online much because there's usually not a lot of people on when I play. Most of time I was just wondering around aimlessly, killing or being killed. Wasn't all that fun.

Fair enough.

I knew this was coming though, it's what they do with every game they have ever done.

First comes the teaser which is a showcase for the game's world and sets up the overall tone of the game and then later on they release character based trailers and gameplay stuff.

Knew exactly what was coming, was still shocked by how good it looks though. Makes GTA 5 look like a pile of crap visually.

Well, it's too early anyways to start the real hype from trailers, so it's understandable.

Rockstar never disappoints, but I don't like trailer announcements for so little.

Graphics look stunning

Love the variety in the landscape. Not to say that I had a problem with RDR's landscape (loved it), but glad we're getting something a bit different this time. Definitely can see some midwest, bit west of midwest landscapes here--definitely felt like I saw at least Montana. Some potential for Kansas or Colorado.

EDIT: Maybe Montana, Wyoming/ the Dakotas?

Been interested most in trying to figure out the setting more than anything. Definitely a prequel though, but that was assumed.

Yeah Kansas was assumed a while back, also the areas in that trailer adds more credence to the leaked map tbh.

Obviously it won't look like that because some of those lines are Dev guidelines but i'm really starting to think it's real if not an early representation of the final map.
