I still thoroughly enjoy Family guy. DVR it every sunday even if I watch it live.

I tend to stick with shows longer than most though. I was still watching the simpsons as late as 2007, and Pokemon well past its expiration date:lol:

The audience reactions pretty much express my feelings towards that. Horrible.

I did like last year on the show he finally got to kiss Serena before she abandoned him forever or whatever. Ash drops chicks like they are going out of style. His inability to commit to any serious relationship is probably why the generation of kids who grew up idolizing him in Japan arent getting married now.

Since Pikachu vocally expressed his love for him he will probably abandon him now too...

Thing is Ash is, by any modest measure, a piss poor trainer even after putting in years at this.

He gets his ass handed to him every time he competes in the tournaments after struggling though the badges. He doesnt make any sort of strategy to new challenges trainers throw at him. Most importantly he makes the exact same mistakes over and over. He constantly tries to fight ground and rock pokemon with his pikachu. Just stupidity.

@MT used to watch Family Guy as a kid, then dropped off after it got stale. Then with South Park improving and Rick and Morty becoming a thing it's just too cringe worthy for me to even watch now.

I just want to say, thank you for name dropping Deadwood in this thread. Watching this show has provided many sources of tv enjoyment in the past few days. Couple of points:

-Why is Bullock so damn angry all the damn time?
-i feel prompted to call everyone a "cocksucker" and i am now afraid i will drop it in the worse place possible
-Eb Farnum is my favourite character in the show
- dunno about this being top 3 goat HBO show

oh and the dialogues are fantastic in this show, amazing writers

It's not a top 3 HBO show, but it's probably in my top 5

at this point in time I've forgotten a lot of it but I do know for certain that Al Swearengen is GOAT

I forget if you ever mentioned watching it or not but you should try Justified if you haven't yet. First season is iffy but the rest is GOAT lvl. Guy who plays Bullock is the main character and shares a lot of similarities with the character.
