Mauricio confirms that @HKane, @ericdier, @mousadembele, Danny Rose and @MoussaSissoko haven't travelled to Moscow due to injury.

I think Eric Dier, Dembele and Rose will be back for City though.

Tottenham actually won. Good stuff by Pochettino.

That was close. Glad to see Chicharito playing so well but Glik saves Monaco.

Wasn't easy to create clear cut chances but got it done in the end. CSKA were shocking. Awful pitch imo aimed at messing up Tottenham's game mixed with incredible negativity. 10 men behind the ball at all times.
Don't think Tottenham were great but they got it done and were dominant. A couple scary moments on the counter but that's it. Should have scored two at least but one will do. CSKA will finish bottom for sure.
Leverkusen should have six points right now threw away both their games

Such a meh lineup from Spurs imo. Will really hurt having Alderweireld out, Trippier in for Walker :/
Don't like Alli that much in central midfield, and Janssen has yet to find his feet up front.
Honestly will be surprised if Spurs get three points out of this

I think the game will be interesting. Expecting Spurs to dominate but Chicha will show his magic with the rare chances that he will get.

Yes, it was more interesting than any 0-0 I saw this week.
I think Chicarito is magical at getting into good scoring positions, not so much at actually finishing those chances. Which probably explains why he is no longer at Real or ManU, but playing for the Pretenders.

Looking at the stats Leverkusen absolutely destroyed Tottenham and just failed to score.. did that really happen?

Typical Neverkusen imho. Despite their massive choking, they're actually a pretty well-coached team with decent pressing tactics.
They just have the most impressive mental block in the history of football.

Playing in Moscow from October through March should be banned imo. It was 1 degree for the Monaco game yesterday lol.

How is Aranguiz doing for Leverkusen? is he following the steps of the rest of the Chile squad in looking like prime Maradona for country and like current Maradona for club?

Had a terrible injury that took him out the whole of last season (ruptured achilles tendon I think).
Now he's a starter and doing well I think

Decent performance by Leverkusen. Chickpea missed two sitters, the second of which I don't know how you can not score.
They're always playing too hasty, heated up, for my taste, they seem to be getting ahead of themselves with every pass.
But they're relentless, poor Kyle Walker was bullied like 2 yards away from the 6 yard box, not being able to get the ball out, losing ball after ball lol

Wembley curse is real. I don't remember any English club doing well at Wembley in the CL.
