Not to my knowledge, but does it actually matter given that this is a transfer within Serie A? I thought it only counted if they were being brought in from outside Italy.

We are not actually in for him, we just have first refusal on him from the Tevez deal. So in theory we can match any offer Milan makes if we were interested and willing to spend the money.

Just seen the non-EU rules, you are correct

On Bentacur, i have no idea who or what type of midfielder he is, i'm a bit uninclined to use our last non-EU spot on someone such as him, then again we signed Gustavo Gomez lol
