Unbelievable you would make such a post without bothering to read any of the posts before. It's only one page.
Get your shit together.

Right.
Chris Hughton is the manager of Brighton and also a former manager of Newcastle who was sacked by Newcastle for no reason despite doing great for them.

Why didn't you count our 6-0 win against QPR in the week
Not sure what Brighton result was.

Because I failed to register there was a match day. How does UEFA even allow that during their competitions.
Thanks for pointing out!

Re: The Chris Hughton vs Newcastle United Scoreline
Is it layed out or laid out?
Should be laid out shouldn't it? But for some reason layed out feels more right to me

I guess it isn't. Thanks!
I do have another question.
So in this post http://www.goallegacy.net/t38708p25-ultimate-manager-death-match-premier-league-2016-17#1673783 I wrote "Ranieri is too much of a honorable gentleman that I would want him involved in this circus."
Is this the right construction? Because in German the construction is "Ranieri is too much... than that I would want...".
It sounded better without the 'than' in english, but still sounds somewhat wrong.
How best to put it?
"Ranieri is too much a gentleman for me to want him involved"?
Is a bit clumsy and unsatisfying tbh.

Re: The Chris Hughton vs Newcastle United Scoreline
You are right, when spoken out loud, they sound clumsy.
It is a grammatically faulty sentence because it's a run-on sentence. Two complete sentences are joint without proper punctuation. Though, I'm not an expert on this, maybe there is some rule in the English I don't know about.
I would say something like "Ranieri is too much of a honorable gentleman to involve in this circus." You don't have to include the "I would want" part because it's completely unnecessary. We can deduce from you stating this sentence that it is indeed something you want.

Re: The Chris Hughton vs Newcastle United Scoreline
I like Hughton but it won't be close lol.
We have lost once since August and are getting better and better.
We have played everyone in the top 6 and hardly anyone in the bottom 6, we have the deepest team in the league by far and can make 5 or 6 changes and still win comfortably.
It's commendable that the likes of Norwich, Huddersfield and Brighton keep winning but it won't last. Same thing happened last time, we started slow, scraped victories and as it got into the winter months we pulled away.
I sound arrogant but tbh I'm being realistic here.
