i like romario, and he was unplayable. saw him play live as well, in the netherlands and in a friendly in the states. i'd say almost "single-handedly", bebeto was no slouch. romario isn't fondly remembered in europe cos many didn't see him. i thought it was foolish of him to head to flamengo or fluminense, whichever one it was, when he was still in his prime. plus he didn't have the best of reputation among coaches or teammates. i've always said i don't know who to pick between r9 and r11, some days i'd go with romario, other times r9...made a good duo too.
