Fosun group rolls in wads of cash - those guys are huge in their industry.

Steve Bruce has quit Hull City...
Why did he do that? Strange.

I can certainly understand clashes with ownership leading to a departure of the manager. However, this seems somewhat irresponsible from Bruce. He's seriously jeopardized the future of the club and the squad that he had assembled by leaving them without a manager only a few weeks before the beginning of the new season, after being promoted no less.
Depending on the new manager, they surely must be favorites for relegation, now.

I am deeply offended that Pardew's name is not included in the thread description.

Sounds reasonable.
But my honest prediction would be this, for the moment:
1. City
2. Chelsea
3. Arsenal (can finish 2nd or win the title if they buy a top class striker)
4. Manchester United
5. Spurs/Liverpool (these two can easily finish top 4)
Regarding Leicester, I can't say anything, very unpredictable. Everything's hard to predict, though.
I can't decide between City and Chelsea for the title. I go with City because I think they have a better squad.
I have higher expectations for the 2nd season from Mourinho.
