This is what I mean by a losing mentality: the second we're level, the intensity drops as if we were content with this scoreline. Other elite teams keep pushing even when they're 2, 3, 4 goals up.

Much much better second half. I liked it and it was spearheaded by Ronaldo. Not even going to lie he ran his ass of today while the likes of Benzema was missing easy chances Ronaldo took us on his back and carried us over the finishing line.

Our midfield needs work. Modric-Kroos are way off the pace and we have no threat in the middle thanks to them.

Both Kroos and Modric had a good game and I saw plenty long balls from both and even some nice passes centrally. Loved when Modric was playing higher up in the pitch too.

game after game i realise how good modric is compared too kroos. i'd like to see isco-case-modric
