GOAt trailer? That's not even a trailer yet alone a teaser. It's basically nothing.

Re: The Movie House - Part 7
Hopefully it'll be better than Saving Private Ryan or more even in quality. The first 40 minutes of that movie is basically 6/5 rating, but after that it falls kind of flat.
Can't wait. 2017 is gonna be a crucial year for Warner Bros. they've had a horrid decade.

Yea that's a teaser but it's a great teaser tbh. Zimmer is going to deliver again you can tell. Some of those shots look gorgeous too.
1D fans going all mental over Harry Styles. I hope he has a 4 mins cameo at best tbh

Pretty sure it's been reported he's one of the leads.
Hoping for that Hardy Oscar though.

Incredible trailer.
Very interesting that the movie is based on an Allied defeat. Nolan is the master of the bittersweet endings, so I'm sure we're gonna get another hit right to the feels, but not in a bad way.

Zodiac (2007)
Absolutely outstanding. Gripping film from the start to finish. I didn't even notice the time and it was near to the end when I paused to get a drink. Nearly watched it all in one sitting.
Fantastic performances by Ruffalo, Gyllenhaal and Robert Downey Jr. Gyllenhaal played the role of an obsessive guy to perfection.
Another Fincher special with the direction. He built the perfect atmosphere for this type of film. That Park scene
I actually liked the ending. It would have made no sense to end this film on a happy note because they followed the case very closely and kept everything as close to the truth as possible.
8.5/10
So far
1) Se7en
2) Zodiac
3) Gone Girl/ The Game
4) The Game / Gone Girl
5) Fightclub
Might watch Dragon tattoo before The social network tomorrow

Re: The Movie House - Part 7
Glad Nolan is finally leaving the fiction/fantasy/super hero genre. Venturing out into a war drama would just be that perfect tonic so that he can get back to his former glory. God, how I miss his Insomnia, memento days. And hope this film is not PG13. Dont want him to be holding back now in terms of language and violence.

Freeza pls get out here
@RG I can see the Saving Private Ryan comparisons. SPR was by all means Oscar bait, but still a strong, war epic. And probably still my favourite war movie.
That teaser looks incredibly similar to the opening of SPR, which was as Freeza (The only worthy thing he said in the last few posts) 6/5.

Yeah, I know. I made a mistake; anyway, I was just playing with words, no need to contradict me by saying that "it's basically nothing". Really? I thought it's the whole movie, thanks for enlightening me.
In fact, I feel bad now for investing time to write this post.
