Mel Gibson and writer Randall Wallace are working on a sequel to The Passion of the Christ that will tell the story of the resurrection of Jesus, Wallace tells The Hollywood Reporter.

Re: The Movie House - Part 7
You guys want a different film sort of film, I highly recommend you The Lobster with Colin Farrell and Rachel Weisz.
Don't expect action or a fast paced plot... but it is a very interesting premise that left me feeling dirty afterwards and oddly connected with several moments I've lived.

Seen The Lobster a few months ago. Loved it. I even recommended it on here. Don't know if anyone actually watched it though.

Re: The Movie House - Part 7
I watched it, didn't particularly like it. It was fine. Really liked the first half or 2/3 but then it fell apart. It really well-made, and it's the kind of movie that'll probably grow on me with multiple viewings as I get older.

Saw Demolition with Gyllenhaal last night. His performance was great as always. The movie is a bit of a slow burner but good overall. 7.5/10

Just finished watching Mysterious Skin... I really have no idea how to process this film. It's a masterpiece but damn if it isn't hard to get through. It's truly emotional and it wrecks your emotions. The child actors are absolutely great. And JGL is amazing too.
Never watching this one again.

Watched The Invitation the other night. A pretty decent little psychological thriller/horror movie. Has a bit of Coherence's premise to it, but ultimately very different from it.

Eye in The Sky Damn, what an intense film. Alan Rickman (rip), Aaron Paul, and Helen Mirren Great performances. The movie is amazing. I was literally on the edge of my seat throughout the whole film. 8.5/10.
Highly recommend it.

Barb Wire is on TV at the moment. It's absolutely terrible, but I just. can't. look. away. Worse yet, it's only 2 in the afternoon, so far too early for the type and amount of booze this movie requires to properly enjoy it.

If Barb Wire is the movie to actually predict the future. Oh god.

So they are still pushing for this, I wonder if it takes as long to get done as Ghost in the Shell (2017).

Re: The Movie House - Part 7
Death Note has started filming. Good to see they've adapted it fully to be a western thing. Name changes etc.
Really looking forward to Keith Stanfield as L. He's great. Great young cast overall and Adam Wingard is on the up.
