These are generally the bad habits that Zizou is trying to break.  Kova is not the only one.

Pepe instead of Varane is a disaster imo. We have to be as comfortable as it gets in possession and Varane is a must. I know last clasico Varane wasnt good on the ball at all but that I'll write off as he usually is pretty good on the ball.

Barcelonas tactics will be easy to read ,Pepe and Casemiro will be left alone and others will be tightly marked.

Varane has not been consistent this season, i don't trust him at all. Pepe has faced Barcelona a lot of times and has the necessary experience to manhandle handle Barca's forwards.

Casemiro should be careful btw. he's very agressive when recovering and these poses are the biggest divers out there.

yeah... usually a red card and/or pk. Varane, other than one game, has been stellar in every game he's played against Barca. Most of his issues this season (and Pepe/Ramos) is that Danilo was putrid as his fullback and there was absolutely no midfield help. Our CBs spend a lot of time defending near or in the box = a lot of opportunity for error since you can't recover. It's gotten a lot better under Zidane since our line has pushed up and we defend about 10 meters higher. But even then, the midfield defensive issues are a big problem.

Madrid have nothing to play for in terms of league. Might as well go all out.

We can still do it imo.

Well, we have a chance to put pressure on them. They won't be as rotating easily if it is a 7 point lead imo.

If we win we might have a slim chance for the title.

This is the right way to play... both Carlo and Mou coined it. You play tight defensively for the first 65 mins and Barca will tire some no matter what. Then you slowly open up to hit them hard the last 25 mins.

If Pepe wasn't this bad on the ball we could've kept the ball much better...Pepe loses the ball at first round of pressure.


Surprise package, Benzema ..plays just as bad as Pepe on ball, both looks same too

Casemiro and Modric were decent. Apart from them nobody really playing that good.

Barca aren't creating chances either.

Our defence are being amazing. Aside from Marcelo.
