It's true there's no reason he couldn't have included a Loftus-Cheek or a Kenedy or the like today, both because of the strength of the opposition and the fact that we have a Prem game in just 3 days, but wins are the only expectation I have for the rest of this season. Best case scenario, we take a decisive lead and in enough time to maybe get some of those players on for a decent run-out.

We can be 6-0 up at half time and he will probably end up bringing on Mikel and JT I don't expect any of these 3 to play more than 10 mins each.

Let's hope he continues with it. He certainly was not good enough in calendar year 2015, but if he can kick on from the improved form he's mustered so far under Guus, we'll be in very good shape indeed.

I thought that goal was pure luck rather than a top class finish. It seemed like he wanted to shoot with his right foot then impacted with the defender causing him to miss the coordination and the ball accidentally landed on his left foot while he was falling due to the impact with the defender. Might need to rewatch it tho.

Having a look at it, it looks like he initially tries to get it with his right, but then just tries to get anything he can on it, by flailing his left leg.
Could be luck, but could also be desperation to score.
