Nah going into the finals he was shooting badly as well, was getting comparisons to AI when it comes to efficiency. He had multiple games of shooting like 10-30 or worse against the Bulls, but his team mates where lights out for some reason and Shumpert couldn't miss.

As for the rest i never denied any of that and i'm not saying he's bad all of a sudden lol, just not his decline is obvious. Not exactly anything wrong with it either, most players as they get beyond 30 decline in many different facets its just how it is.

You just have to look at how many layups he blows on drives tbh, things that never would have happened even two years ago. He's still a great player but you are lying to yourself if you can't see him slowly entering a state of a decline.

It would take scrubbing it up in the playoffs (not just shooting bad, but all around bad play) to convince me that something is up.. Until then he's still the same basically, still GOAT

Klay is stealing a living as an NBA star. Curry spoon feeds him. Even Draymond looking toothless without the pick and role with Steph to take away 2 men from the game so Draymond could make a play 4 vs. 3.

This is exactly why Steph was finals MVP. Literally had his teammates shooting open jumpers all finals. Iggy getting credited good defence on a declining LeSalty who shot shit all playoffs not because Iggy was on him.

He averaged more points in the 4th quarter of NBA Finals than anyone in history not named Michael Jordan.

Led the team in scoring with 26. And was literally the reason why Cavs couldn't handle us.

This is literally how it went --> Kept double teaming him. Steph passes out of the double team in the pick and role with Draymond. Draymond makes a play 4 vs. 3. Iggy hits a wide open practice jumper.

Anybody who knows anything about basketball knows Steph was the FMVP.

Our team is shooting like 60% if you don't account Kobe ffs. Just rest him when he's shit. Don't know why he's playing 30+ minutes at all.

I love our young players this game. Russell missed some easy looks. Clarkson has been amazing. Randle is a great rebounder and he's strong as all hell, but he needs moves.

Iggy starting in game 4 turned the tide of the series.. Nothing that you guys were doing worked in the first 3 games.. You guys were outplayed with the exception of game 1's OT once Kyrie went down

I'm with Swagg on this tbh, Iggy was clearly FMVP tbh.

But to take it further Kerr was lol, the first 3 games were close because Cavs managed to mud the game up to a snails pace.

Once they went super small with Draymond at center they had zero answer for it though and no game was really close at all and to be frank no team in the league has shown they have an answer since.

No lol, he's just not guarded in the same way AD, Griffin etc.

You can't compare someone who no team gameplans for compared to somebody who the entire scouting team is analysing that one player.

It's basically the same as saying Duncan is the best center tbh, he's probably the most impactful on a winning team but he's barely a 4th option now so hardly comparable to Cousins.
