Re: Jose Mourinho Sack Watch
i agree that jose is holding them back but how many of the man u players would get into the top teams in the world.Great Leader Sprucenuce wrote:Unique wrote:all jokes aside and no trolling here but man u have one of the most expensive squads in the world and in the top 3 highest wage bills in the world but in reality how many truly world class players do you have. you are paying players like ibra and sanchez close to 900k per week for what. you spend like 80mil on martial and he dont get games because sanchez plays and he is finished. da gay is your only world class talent imo. you have more scrubs than liverpool and thats saying something. pogba is a good player but he is not a world beater and goes missing as often as wally. lukaku gets his goals but again goes missing in the big games and only beats on scrub teams. tbh you are a million miles away from city and the big problem you have is you will start next season with the same manager and the big money players you have will also start because they cost so much you have to play them. getting mourinho and paying so much for players was pure panic tbh.Firenze wrote:Spurs team isn't on par with Juve's and Poch often will revert to Mou like tactics, but there's a time and place for it, from the first blow of the whistle isn't that. Look at how Poch got the team playing against Juve, I know they went out but it was a tight game against a legit team. If United would have played actual football and went out to Sevilla it would have been embarrassing but you would chalk it up to Sevilla playing the game of their lives. It honestly didn't even look like they got out of second gear against us. They just had an actual intent to win the game. Mourinho going to Sevilla and parking 10 men in his half for 90 mins from the get go and then has the nerve to pretend like it wasn't all down to his own tactics, just deflecting and scapegoating. There's no excuse for that at all. That's the sign of a true coward. I don't even give a shit about the CL next season under him. What's the point when we see every time he has a game that means anything he will just do the same thing? We got away doing it in the EL last season too because we were playing far inferior teams.
I watched this clown PTB against Celta Vigo and St Etienne FFS.
Mourinho is a genius tbh, he makes the entire world think the players are not good enough and doesn't have enough talent to compete.
Ask yourself before Pep arrived how many of City's starting XI was considered world class? probably Aguero and Silva and that's about it.
Ask yourself the same question about Pochettino and Spurs, who were most of their players before him?
Mourinho is an absolute fraud who hides behind the excuses afforded to him due to past glories.

Imagine having a 500M squad, playing at home on the back of a 0-0 away result and not being able to cope with Inter legend Banega and N'Zonzi in the midfield
WATTBA
It's almost as if when you play completely defensive minded players like Fellaini and Matic, you may just invite a team to have the ball and take it towards your goal
Spending 120M on Pogba and being unable to accommodate him in your team...
The list goes on but the result is the same: Sevilla utterly deserved the match and the tie itself from the beginning of the first leg up until the final whistle in the second leg. United never had a foot in this tie. They made no adjustments after the first leg, if anything they got worse and while some may have said that away to Sevilla is a tricky match, home in Manchester should be quite clear.
The response from conceding was absolutely appalling too, you could tell the United players knew they lost from the moment the first goal went in

He played AMR 19 times. That is what we call midfield. Playing that deep inside Sevilla's defensive would have left massive spaces behind him.

Starting Fellaini when he hadn't started a game in 3 months just shows the cowardice. We've been playing McTomwinay lately with Matic and he's been playing very well.

Mata vs Vazquez
Just look at that space Imagine what Vazquez would have done to that flank if Mata played the whole game
Pogba vs. Banega
Banega owned that area and Pogba couldnt do anything

Looool, amazing, so he spent 12 mins trying to explain and make it seem justify that his huge failure of being knocked out by Sevilla has gotta do with a bunch of history crap that has nothing to do with the poor way his team is performing and playing. Sounded like he tried to pressure the board into more star signings as well, what a fking clown, and as usual all about himself, and he couldnt care less about the club or others, he just wants himself to look not so shit.
Absolutely disgusting human being Mou is.

Based on what merit!? Serious question.
Uhh because they are. Look at their teams. Look how they're doing in their respective leagues. Sevilla loses to jabronis 5-1 regularly. Let's not pretend Sevilla are an incredible team because they're not

Mou running out of options after this, can't see him at anywhere else, PSG will go for Conte/Pocch or someone else. Only Inter makes sense, but they're garbage and he won't go there unless they get large financial backing.

Inter has tremendous financial backing from Suning, as much or more than any team that's not financed by a sovereign wealth fund, like PSG, and manager's salaries are not included in FFP calculations. That's not an issue. It's whether Inter management believe Mou would be good for Inter in the long term.

You may be confusing Yonghong Li the Chinese businessman that owns AC Milan, with Suning, the Chinese retailer.

Re: Jose Mourinho Sack Watch
Mou makes great points/facts about expectations and reality BUT it's not getting dumped in the R16 that tells the entire story, it's parking the bus against a team that probably cost Pogba + Lukaku money, if that. You can't justify your play style and results by the past because Sevilla should not be at Uniteds level. He never got dumped out by Barca.
League wise, he's right though. Core of Citys team from previous seasons has WC players, United had donkeys mostly.
But his 'style' of play clearly doesn't work if it makes superior players look like amateurs against a weak Sevilla.

Seriously , you, pretend to explain Inter things to an Inter fan ?.
But it is off topic, even if Inter is prime period for Mourinho, here we discuss about Mourinho noe.

Re: Jose Mourinho Sack Watch
Managers aren't so different than players, their career have deadline, prime period and decline within 10 years. Just Ferguson could last for 25 years but tbh he didn't change club
It's enough clear how Mourinho is declined in last years, if I think he had even that invincibility record at home for almost 10 years. Now you are not even surprised if he loses against Huddersfield or knocking out (deservely) from freakin' Sevilla under Montella
He should retire on coaching a NT imo
