Look who City played, they played only relegation candidates. The only decent team they faced Wolves and they drew 1-1 with them . I won't count Arsenal because it was Emery's first game.

The other 2 decent teams they faced in CL, they got dismantled by Lyon at home, and looked average vs Hoffenheim and won by a mistake in 90th minute.

They are missing De Bruyne and they will look like last season's City once he is back imo.

Look at Lukaku. You know when he's not hampered by playing in an absolute $hitshow at club level, almost looks a player.

Good job you don't get a points deduction for beating teams who are in theory worse than you. We'd get relegated every year, but these PTB teams are our bread and butter.

Sterling was 60M€ while de Bruyne almost 80. Also, I gather that Sterling was signed for potential being 20, while de Bruyne should be a finished product at 24.

I remember free saying he was right but Pep DA GAWD came along and made him world class, before him KDB was a flop. Just like how Pep made Germany win the World Cup.

This guy makes football so simple in a spectacular way. Might be a bit premature but he's one of the midfield goats.
