It can't be before because in the trailer they mention that bloke who you meet in White Orchard.

And i think it happens before you rescue Ciri, technically from what i can gather you accept a contract and leads to the events of the expansion.

Just like say in the main game you are supposed to be trying to rescue Ciri, but there is always things that you do in the day to day life as a Witcher which means you constantly deviating off that path.

That's what has happened here IMO, i don't know obviously but that's the feeling i get of how it starts and obviously it just goes from there.

Anybody finished all question marks? In my opinion putting most of Skellige's ones in the sea was a stupid idea. Its long distances on boat which is slow, and sirens are annoyning.

Btw just remembered, Geralt in 2nd book said he doesnt kill sirens. Not accurate CDproject, not accurate

I finished 95% in Velen/Novigrad and 100% in white orchard.

around 70-80% in Skellige because going towards question marks 2000000 ft apart in the ocean only to recieve some shit ass swrd was a waste of time.

I mean it would be worth the effort if there was something legendary hidden.

Also after you mastercraft your main weapons. You lose motivation to find anything else

I did in Novigrad/Velen.

Didn't bother with Skellige ones. Although on this current playthrough i have turned the question marks off so i only find stuff when i come across it.

I find it makes exploration a lot better and eliminates ( unless you want to ) the feeling of the game being overwhelming for some people.

100% in Velen/Novigard. 95% in White Orchard (bugged Abandoned Site (: ) Skellige was stupid, 90% was Smugger caches. Did everything on land and like 10 smuggler caches before the completionist in me said f it.

To me the question marks are basically just GTA doves with more thought and depth.

I don't count them in a " complete" playthrough tbh.

Same thought and content tbh lol. Being an RPG, it just has random items. They were just there to make the huge seabody feel not empty.

Experienced at least 10 of the bugs mentioned. Did not see anything mentioned on Skellige's Most Wanted Maybe I missed it.

They said that there are more fixes that are not in the patch notes

So maybe that's why, looking at the patch notes the two things i'm most interested in other the Gwent stuff are balancing to Death March ( wonder what that means) and added romance dialogue for Triss and Yen.

Wish there was a patch for muting Yen

BTW, just returned yesterday to the game and found two quests: secret vampire in Novigrad sewers and Iron Lady at south-east Skellige. I thought I finished all

Encountered a bug with feline cat master set, found armor in a chest, but no boots, gloves and trousers. And they are supposed to be there

Watching reviews of expansion, they are praising the shit out of the new bosses and monsters. Basically they are a lot more challenging and deep/interesting.

Maybe it's because i didn't play W2 that I have no interest in Yenn. She came across as a massive bitch in the 3rd one
