Should Catalonian-league form after independence?

So in case Catalonia comes independent, and hopefully Barca (Espanyol) gets kicked out from La Liga, should Catalonian-league form?

It would now look like this from three highest levels of football in current Spain.

Catalonian League

1. Barcelona (1st level)
2. Espanyol (1st)
3. Girona (2nd)
4. Llagostera (2nd)
5. Gimnastic (2nd)
6. Barcelona B (3rd)
7. Espanyol B (3rd)
8. Olot (3rd)
9. Badalona (3rd)
10. Sabadell (3rd)
11. Cornella (3rd)
12. L.Hospitalet (3rd)
13. Lleida (3rd)
14. P.Mafumet (3rd)
15. Reus (3rd)

Positives, bias will end in Spain, Ballon d'Or will always go to right owner, Pele's record will shatter.

Money may probably be why Spain won't kick Catalonian teams out, but Barcelona may still want to move because the league obviously isn't fair as is.

but Spanish federation has said they will kick all the catalan teams out.

The real question is what will Barcelona do? no television revenue, nobody to watch the league, many players not willing to come to that poverty league,many players leaving...how are they going to adress this problems?

Spanish football is still a huge brand though. La Liga would at worst turn into Bundesliga and that is still good enough as a major league.
