Not sure about best ever, i'm very unsure about that in general but it's the best Daniel Craig one by a mile.

I love it, might watch it again as well.

It is best bond film according Roger Ebert though. That guy was pretty hard to impress.

Didn't agree much with Ebert's ratings. But no one wrote reviews as well as him. Which is why he won the Pulitzer

Really want to watch his documentary that came out last year, but I just don't ever get to it. Dude reviewed films all his life basically so it comes as no suprise that he found the right amount of ingredients in saying exactly what he wants to say in the shortest way possible making his reviews always feel refreshing and a pleasure to read.

Pretty much with Freeza though some of his ratings I just can't ever agree with. And the guy was a crazy Spielberg admirer and fanboy and didn't even try to hide it Laughing

just check his top 10 films lists for each year, every year a Spielberg film came out you would find it somewhere close to the top of an Ebert year-end list

Yo Diane Lane won the Oscar for Unfaithful she was so good as a cheating wife.

The sex scenes are AMAZING in that movie by gawd. None of that fake porno garbage.

Roger Ebert is the review I respect and tend to agree with the most. He is a film legend tbh. The benchmark for all critics.

Olivier Martinez was made for roles like this as well. His smug smirks are just insufferable.

Watched the Devil's Advocate, starring Al Pacino, Keanu Reeves, Charlize Theron and Connie Nielsen.

A decent movie as Reeves, Theron and Nielsen were pretty big stars around the time this came out (late 90s). Pacino was in a league all of his own though as the Devil. Just a thoroughly sizzling performance. He's always been a great villain to me and this movie is among his best in that regard.

Very ordinary movie for all the talent it has. Pacino as always on top though. Saw many of his movies the guy doesn't miss a beat for second :bow:
