typical ibrahimovic... two goals/assist in lolgue and barely a few touches on the ball against Madrid. pos

I did not think that Di María was the man of the match. In my opinion, Zlatan was the best player, and then after that you could see others like Di María, Silva, Lucas, and Motta as the other top players.halamadrid2 wrote:ADM as usual MOTM. Wow, Ligue 1 is dead. I did not realize PSG is already leading the table by 13 points.

Embarrassing performance by Rafael (specially), Morel, Gonalons and Lyon overall.

What happened to Gonalons will always remain a mystery to me.

Seems like he peaked at 22 and it was downhill ever since. Strange but not unusual i suppose.
I can't even blame Fournier for this since he had like 5m to spend in a summer which was supposed to be lyon's turning point.

Re: Ligue 1 15/16 Thread
The transfers weren't even that bad on paper tbt. we kept the core from last season + added few players, we shouldn't be worse of at least in theory .
Nobody expected Yanga-Mbiwa to flop this bad , Fekir to get injured , or Lacazette to be so inconsistent .
Darder is promising but still green , Valbuena is not what he used to be , Beauvue is very limited technically and needs good service to be useful .
Fofana is sorely missed too .

The kids for Lyon just didn't improve or even match last year's form. Amazing how important Fekir is....

There's no real top consistent team in L1 bar PSG and even they have some minor consistency issues. Guess Monaco, Marseille, and Lyon have to prepare for next season.

Monaco is done. They have their team sold a few days before the end of the mercato and didn't have time to replace anyone... unless they do well in the winter mercato, they have very little chance.
OM is doing well now. Settled in.
OL has too much dysfunctionality in the locker room and injuries... a lot of issues.
Sad state of affairs in Ligue 1.
PSG has no inconsistency this season.... not even a little bit. Same with CL. Their game and effort is consistent. The only issue is the finishing... that's the only inconsistent part.

He was 2-3 years in Montpellier. Pardew did something to him... he just went down the toilet mentally. Cabella has the same problem... now that he's back in Ligue 1 he's still a shadow of himself.

Well I'm watching Marseille Monaco right now and just witness Subasic's blunder for 2-2. Almamy Toure makes 2 out of the blue, tho.

Gee DiMaria is so good. Through ball after through ball after through ball.
Matuidi is awesome too and Aurier reminds me alot of Carvajal. Fast, physical, hard to get past but with a poor final ball

PSG play so much better without Missvani
Ronaldo would ruin PSG if he went there. He plays so different to their current attackers. When Ibra leaves they should go all in for Benz. He is the closest thing to an Ibra right now.
