Re: The Official WWE Thread - Part 22
WWE’s original plan for actor Stephen Amell at the SummerSlam pay-per-view was to have him team with Neville to face Stardust and The Miz.
When The Miz’s feud with Big Show and WWE Intercontinental Champion Ryback got delayed due to Ryback’s injury, WWE changed plans and replaced Miz with King Barrett in the SummerSlam tag match.

Dean is turning of Reigns on SS isn't he? That's why they scrapped Sting.

Or Reigns will turn on Dean since the crowd would accept him more as a heel

It's good for wrestling imo. Improves strength, endurance, athletic ability etc. Only thing is you can't build mass with it, as evident by Rollins' physique.

Rollins never had an injury in his career even though he took some crazy bumps. He credits it all to crossfit.
Wish more tag team matches were like this. These four tore the house down.

Heard Jobsaro does crossfit as well, must be why he's got good strength and flys around.

Re: The Official WWE Thread - Part 22
The concept behind it is good, and a guy like Seth knows what he's doing. But in general, I would never do it myself. You're basically trying to see how many reps you are capable of doing and trying to beat a previous high score in a certain time limit. It's exercise so your technique and form decreases the more you do, leading to a higher risk of injury. And lets not forget how easy it is for a coach to obtain a license when he's never done any of the complex things crossfitters do.
It isn't easy for a rookie to go into it, unless they have a proper coach.

Cesaro doesnt just do crossfit, but his workout focuses more on explosiveness and mobility rather than pure strength or size

What does Josh have? Wait for it, wait for it....
- Spoiler:
- Da

- Look
- Spoiler:
While WWE has stopped burying ZZ on Tough Enough and he wasn’t in the bottom three this past week, Josh is still considered the favorite and is a lock to get a WWE contract either way. We noted before that Vince McMahon was high on Josh.

Summerlam, the four hour extravaganza (only one hour will be worth watching), live only on the WWE Network (and hundreds of dodgy streams on the internet), with nine matches (but only four were worth promoting), all hosted by some random American celebrity.
Can't wait tbh.

Lesnar/Taker barely appeared for the build up to SS. Cena barely appeared. All hype, no story imo.

Jon Stewart hosting Summerslam is awesome. His first gig after retiring from Daily Show. He is a wrestling fan like Stephen Amell too so that's great. I will never complain of having Jon Stewart on my TV.
