It's enough divisive, but basically fans are focused on Scudetto dream so not a real thought atm
I don't like it personally, the old logo was fantastic and this last one is a downgrade

Possible lineup
Handanovic
Godin ( Skriniar) DeVrij Bastoni (Kolarov)
Hakimi (Candreva) Barella (Vidal ) Brozovic (Nainggolan) Eriksen ( Sensi) Young (Perisic)
Lukaku Lautaro (Sanchez)
Thoughts ?
This post now

A mix of joy and nostalgia
Basically the lineup of Scudetto, but two remarkable differences : Skriniar for Godin
and Perisic for Young

Anyway
After 26 years, Inter leave Pirelli and will have a new front kit sponsor with @Socios. Confirmed and now official.

Re: Official FC Inter thread
Of course it had to be a chinese ownership shifting what was the most iconic shirt sponsor in football today.
I hope they calculated that shirt sales will go down as a result of it not representing what a lot have of an Inter shirt, in their own mind.
And new sponsor covers half the shirt.
Zhang is a terrible owner as it is.

Re: Official FC Inter thread
That Scudetto triangle would make good everything imo
I don't care about these things seriously, at that time they were a Juve partner (for a purist discourse we should not have signed even Conte and now a Scudetto in less) , Sponsor must just give as much money as possible , this gives more money than previous one so okay. My only observation on it is their Social media manager looks like a pimply millenial
Rather I am a traditional fan about design kit so I don't like this one
Typical Nike experiment on Inter kits ( this should mean the skin of a snake but pls ) I 'm tiread about Nike extravances but forced to coexsist with it till to 2024 at least

Re: Official FC Inter thread
Nike just does kit extravagance poorly. Its always to deviate from the norm for the sake of it but none else and is always tasteless.
The new Inter kit is an interesting take, but could have been better.

Inter fans having orgasms around the interwebz over the new shirt.
It's absolute garbage though. Skin of a snake FFS, Moratti's been gone for years. Black and blue stripes all the way.

The home jersey is a questionable concept and would make a half-decent third. But the away jersey is just ugly as hell. You're gonna buy this
I don't like when Juve, Inter, Milan go out of the classic way. Stripes >> all. And for creativity and originality you have the 3rd jersey... that's why it exists

Re: Official FC Inter thread
I dont like the sponsor at all, not just because of the long standing connection to Pirelli, but the current sponsor spoils the design of the shirt.
That being said, I bought the shirt before that added the sponsor and love the look. Understandable actual Inter fans may prefer the stripes, but as a neutral, I like this shirt.

I am just glad this shirt is 20 years late.
Me and my best childhood friend used to engage in Inter-Juve wars, every single day. He used to call us Sinter(guys who chase dogs at night), and this would have been his wet dream.
He can suck my balls now

I am Totally agree on it , but what it has to do with the away shirt ?
The second shirt is not traditional , so it's ok this thing.
Just the first thing should be sacred

Re: Official FC Inter thread
I have have say I like the shirt a lot. I prefer it to ours, generally Inter has had better shirts than us in recent years.
I'm all for experimentation once in a while if it's done well and this is good. I also like our half and half shirt from 2 seasons ago. Meanwhile our last season's shirt was poor.

Basically Uruguayan Florenzi.
Decent mezz'ala who for some reason gets converted as fullback and I don't rate him for that role
Legit for midfield ( potential upgrade compared with Vecino Gagliardini Vidal ) but I don't think same thing as winger

I think we can all unanimously agree that Inter downgraded compared to 20/21.
We'll see how they fare, top kek seeing Inter fans celebrating Hakan's 3 assists in a friendly against Craptone

Re: Official FC Inter thread
But I might understand if it 's said by a Juve fan ... but a Milan fan lol
Milan even lost two among their best players last season for 0 euro ( Donnarumma is a top player. Calha is inconsistent but it doesn't change the fact that Milan are back in CL because of him too.
Brahim Diaz , the current n.10 of Milan, was his bencher .. who knows why )
Moreover .. no Italian clubs have improved in this mercato. Juve , Napoli or Lazio didn't even do it

Re: Official FC Inter thread
Inter are weaker than last year and with a weaker manager.
So far though, no other club has strengthened in any meaningful way (Except Juve with their managerial change).
I think losing Conte is more significant than losing Hakimi (which is also big).
Hakan is inconsistent. However, during our run in 2020, he created the second most chances in Europe, and was a big reason why we won so many games (with deadly set-piece delivery in corners and such).
So far, I think Juve are the favorites if Chiesa develops as expected.

Re: Official FC Inter thread
Juve are favorites regardless of Chiesa.
Only thing holding them down last season was Pirlo. Despite Inter being very good, we've had a roster downgrade and a managerial downgrade.
Juve will show their usual face this season, and Inzaghi will have to really step it up if Inter are to challenge.

We aren't in the CL because of Hakan

Hakan in the last 10 matches of the seasons:
2 Goals
1 Assist
Brahim in the last 10 matches of the season:
4 Goals
2 Assists
Brahim had more to do with our CL return than Hakan

No disrespect, he ain't starting quality and i don't quite rate him yet as our #10, but Hakan in the latter half of the season was absolute dogshit
Lets have a look at his highlight reel (please, i implore everyone to watch at least the first few clips of this and to make his judgement)
