Playing the demo now. Keepers look highly suspect when it comes to coming out and claiming lofted balls in the box. Scored two just by L1+Triangle towards the six yard box and the keeper didn't catch it.

It feels a bit quicker than PES15 to me; maybe something to do with playing turning feeling a bit more responsive. Defending was good. I suck at it but at least my players were where they should be.

Gonna play with some crappy Brazillian teams now.

Turned off passing and shooting assistance. Reminds of when I spent hours learning how to play with full manual controls on FIFA, what with the number of misplaced five yard square passes...

France are so good. Aggressive, front-line pressing + quick front line + midfield beasts + quick defence.

Also what difficulty to people play on, out of curiosity?

I played on Superstar, haven't touched the assisted stuff yet though. Left it as is although it seems to go where i want it to mostly so i have no complaints so far in that regard.

I only play on Regular. Put it up to Professional and Bayern keep kicking my arse

I just like being in full control of my passing and shooting, even though it makes the game harder. Any assistance throws me off, probably because I've been playing that way since FIFA 12.

Really enjoying the demo so far despite losing all the time.

Although part of that is because i have mainly been Bayern lol, think i should try other teams more as they are vastly better than everyone else

Lost to Palmeires four times in a row, including a 3-0. This is going well.

The difficulty spike from Regular to Pro is massive.

Just tried playing Bayern on Superstar

Was camped inside my own box for 90 mins lmao, they had 25 shots and i had 4.

If it wasn't for Buffon i would have lost like 8-0

I can't even get a win with Bayern right now

My biggest issue right now is that every time the opposition has a shot on the edge of the box, it goes in. There is literally nothing I can do. They can get a show away ridiculously quicky; by the time I've gotten a player across and have mashed X to get a tackle in the ball's already past the keeper.

Also defenders not being able to pick up third man runs, or randomly not reacting when a ball is played past them meaning you have no chance of catching up. This one is particularly fatal as strikers make really good runs off the ball. 2015 and still nobody can code a proper defence.

Just gonna keep it on Regular now since Pro is pissing me off too much to be fun. Don't even want to imagine what Superstar is like.

Doesn't happen to me, probably a result of a higher difficulty making the keepers better. Some of the saves i'm seeing are borderline insanity

It is Buffon and Neuer mind though, also defensive issues isn't happening either really now i'm getting used to it keeping Bayern at relatively arms length but i'm struggling to create.

Latest game was 1-1, best result so far lol.

I've been playing PES on the highest difficulty for years and my average possession is 51%, good luck getting that 70% lol

I'm struggling to get 40% against Bayern on this demo

Although i am purely playing for the counter, but still even if i wanted to dominate the ball against them i really couldn't
