feels good running up against a monster double ur level and killing it anyway using a combination of Quen spam, dodge spam and about 7500 strikes with a sword.

Sometimes the random dialogues are hilarious
"friends, we show our heart. Enemies, we show our axe" Listening that in a Scottish accent makes it twice as amusing

Nope, but that's probably because I already got it off him.

I just want to say that, if you ever entered someone else's private estate or property and looted from their personal belongings, you are a proper scumbag. Surely, none of you ever did that in this game?
I like the term "ladies of negotiable affection" better than the more popularly used term, prostitutes.

FINALLY Isolated a guard and chopped him to bits, like 14 levels higher but his defence was shit.

I legit got money taking away from me for attacking a guard so I went back tossed a bomb at him, climbed on roach and galloped off the opposite direction
He'll never see me again

Re: Witcher 3 - Part 2
That happened to me in the first playthrough as well, not done the quest 2nd time around though.
I think it's because tied to the wolf quest.

Well I definitely can't beat Stepjan with the deck I have, he's a beast. Just keeps dropping medic cards and using like 10's from his discard pile
And although i've done well against monster decks, this random armourer has a ridiculous monster deck. Most balanced one i've ever seen, can't just spam freeze

Re: Witcher 3 - Part 2
After really disliking Gwent, I sat my ass down and became a King at the game.
I use the Northern Realm deck. Completely unstoppable. I tore through the High Stakes tournament and now going from bartender to blacksmith to merchant trying to beat everyone possible.
My strategy is Siege cards, spy cards and Special 10 cards. Yenn and that Medic card is GOAT. (SO are the Ciri and Geralt cards)

Re: Witcher 3 - Part 2
I feel like an idiot.
For the past 2 days, I've been doing missions and contracts and killing monsters thinking. My defence seems a bit shit for some reason. Or the mosnters are really strong now.
Now I just realised I was still wearing the party clothes Yen asked me to all this time ffs
