lol.. I don't even want to admit how many days I put into that game. It was the first game I decided to put a lot of time into, and I put a tragically large amount of time into it. WoW may or may not have been a deciding factor, but I had a girlfriend at the time who broke up with me because she felt that I wasn't spending any time with her
Yo I started Dragon Age today. Tell me, are all sidequests as terrible as the Hinterlands ones? I am somewhat of a completionist but fcking hell the amount of fetch quests Killing wolves, hunting ram, getting iron, getting blankets, telling a son to return to his mother like wtf The main problem is these quests take a lot of time and you have to go through hostile territory to get to them. CBA doing those

Even quests to find herbs is interesting in witcher.
Mole you see my deck? I haven't lost a gwent match in days. Probably won all last 30 or so.
Skellige is gorgeous btw. Artistic perfection. Just stared at one scene for 5 minutes

Someone had a 15 special card once.

Yep, the majority of the quests in the game are fetch ones. I'm not usually that hung up on doing everything in a game, but I've almost finished doing everything you can possibly do in DAI, bar the randomly located mosaic pieces. I really hope they make the sidequests more interesting in the next installment of the game, because it's a very solid game otherwise. It's also worth mentioning that if you don't enjoy using the tactical battle system, you're not going to be able to play the game on harder difficulties and will most likely breeze through the game pretty much on semi-auto mode.
If I were you, I'd just play through the main story and ignore as many sidequests as possible. The rewards for doing them really aren't worthwhile.

The story really takes a quick jump in xp went from 22 to like 30 on these quests without having an option to upgrade my witcher gear to superior

Regarding Lambert
- Spoiler:
Did you guys forgive the other witcher or kill him?
I read that you can send Lambert to Kaer Morhen, but he just walked away from me without any other dialogues after I spared this guys life
