I've just watched the episodes to avoid any spoilers, and because I'll be busy over the next month studying for exams, so not having to watch GoT until mid-May will be a time saver 
If no more episodes get leaked, I'll come back once you guys have caught up and join in the discussion.
Bruh, the quality isn't bad, it's just the normal DVD quality. Only the "Give me HD or give me death" crowd will be bothered by it, the vast majority will be fine with it if they wanted to watch the episodes early.
If someone can wait 9 months for a season they can wait 1 month man. People have lives outside of watching GoT you know, not everyone is an obsessed fanboy ffs

The episode absolutely flew by But I remember it being the same with last season's first episode, just the waiting and all that.
It would be okay if Stannis reks Roose, but I want main man Ramsay to survive somehow
The flashback scene was definitely interesting. That drop of blood symbolises something no doubt. Think that witch put some sort of curse on her?

I saw the first season. I got so excited that I read all 5 books in a matter of months. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE FFS.
Then, because I had nothing to do, and to keep the story fresh in my mind, I saw season 2. But the deviations from the books started getting irritating, so I decided I will just read the books and not watch the series.
Then I realized that fat, old &*$/%$** writes really slow. So again, I succumbed to watching seasons 3 and 4, realizing with each episode that I could never go back to the books because of how different the two are to me.
And now I saw a bit of season 5 and made peace with the fact that I'll just watch the series and forget the books altogether. I'll never get that part of my life back.

If Stannis wants to take back the north, can't he just get the Greyjoys on his side
Dany in another episode of 2hard2guard in politics, i feel that her lines have become more predictable as the season come.
Dark Sansa learning about the game
It seems the main power struggle at King's Landing this season is going to be Cerci v Margaery, dunno what Jaimie is going to be up to but i think he wont be glad to here that his brother is going to be scheming with a Targaryan
Now that Mance is done and dusted, i wonder what will become of the free folk? I speculate that Stannis will either execute them especially since they wont follow him.
Overall, great episode, setting up the pace for the new season and tying up loose ends 8.3/10

- About seeking Greyjoy help, not going to happen for 2 reasons:
1. Greyjoy declared against the North and Theon (supposedly) killed  Bran & Rickon. That's dishonourable. Stannis is a man of honour, wouldn't seek help from them. He didn't even want to seek help from the pirates before Blackwater Bay.
2. Bolton smashed Greyjoys and they ran off to their islands when he took the North.

If you have seen the leaked episodes. Then don't bother coming to this thread till TV is up to date with what you have seen via leaked. Not even if you want to discuss 1 episode which aired on TV. The reason being that you already know what happened in the 2nd episode and will 80% spoil it unintentionally.
So please, watch it like normal instead of some 420p stream via torrents.

This is BS tbh. I only watched episode 1 but I have read all the books so I know a lot of stuff that will happen in the future so should I not post at all? It should be fine as long as no one one talks about future tense.

Episode 1 events do not need to be spoiler marked, it already aired. If you have seen new episodes refrain from making guesses about what will happen or talking in future tense or making suggestive comments about what may happen.
