A good, no non-sense win. I don't remember Mignolet having to make a save, just picking up high balls. A nasty clash of heads with Barnes (or was it Ings), good that neither got hurt more.

Also good that Sturridge got a goal and a well-placed header it was, too. He was still a little frustrating in general, though. A bit like Lovren's passing.

Well, the job got done and it's good to continue from here Thumbs up

Good win for us. I liked the way we just tried to hold on to the lead. We really are playing too many games so we needed to conserve the energy, on the other side, we could have scored 1-2 goals more but that is fine since I dont remember any top team putting more than 2 past Burnley.

In the process, we have reduced the gap between us and rivals. Also the GD keeps on reducing as of now.

I think confidence of every player seems like increasing by every game. Lallana, I didnt think he would start performing to even this level in this season. But his chemistry is increasing and I think he will be even better in the next season.
