I'd rest Coutinho in this one and play him in the second-leg if necessary.

Besiktas lost only 1 - 0 over two legs against Arsenal in the CL qual. rounds and topped the EL group that had Tottenham in it without losing a match, so they should by no means be an easy opponent. If we don't win this first leg, progressing is going to be very difficult.

They barely have 5-6 clean sheets in the league, We will score for sure imo.

Need to score as much as possible. Need the biggest advantage we could going into the return leg. Hate having home fixtures first.

I dont think it will be an easy game.

They are in good form atm. Also, against strong teams. Only off result was against Gala. In between Europa League, they have a game against a relegation fighting club. They cant afford to fall behind since Fenerbache is just 1 point behind. It will be an interesting game.

appreciate it a lot mate...here is also one of my friends mother is also doing here a course, which is called Ausbildung. She is , i guess, above 50 now. Actually many people do it, but it just gives motivation to me also that I also should keep learning something.

Well to be honest, it's my fault that I'm (attempting to) doing it so late. I got too much entrenched in job and life (which included football). And yes, you are damn right; there's no age-limit in reinventing or rediscovering yourself.

I wish Southampton rediscovered Lovren for £20m

I think he looked good for the few minutes he played as a sub. I wont mind Lovren to start one of the the next three games only if Can and Hendo are the midfield pair

I don't think Rodgers will change the team (unless forced by injury or suspension) in next four games. Lovren, Toure or Johnson will only be used as subs.

Allen looked very tidy in midfield against Palace also. He's coming back into form which is good for us especially with Lucas out. Hopefully it builds up his confidence...I'm not writing him off he is still young as well.

Let's be realistic almost all of Rodgers' signings have been coming good and Lovren has looked good in each of his cameos in the 3 man backline (just like most of our defenders). Rodgers has organized a system that plays to the strengths of the personnel he has available, and I suspect the longer he works with Lovren the more likely he is to come on strong for us. I'm a believer.

That said this is a huge game. I think Ibe will be really fired up.

It seems like Sterling wont be fit for this game, he might make to the bench. We need to just keep winning the games like we did last season. Just keep grinding out results and I am sure the momentum itslef will carry us to the glory then

So, with Markovic suspended and Raheem injured; I guess it's a toss-up between Lallana (3421) & Balotelli (3412). I think Lallana will start and Balotelli will replace Coutinho in the second-half.
