How do you rate Bayern after the new signings (Neuer,Rafinha,Boateng,[Vidal?])
Since Bayern are always underrated by 'non-german' fans, i want to ask you, how do you rate us this season? The main complain about our squad was the lack of defence.
Now we have Neuer,Rafinha and Boateng, and probably Vidal is coming this (or next) season. So what do you think about us? Still an underdog or ready to battle with the best (except Barca ^^)

Great. They just need another defender apart from Boateng.
And for Vidal, it is still not known if he will go to Bayern. There is high chance he will transfer in Serie A, this summer, specially at Juventus.

i rate them the same. they will still have to depend on robbery's fitness for them to do anything in the CL. and they're still top contenders for bundesliga

They've signed a decent but somewhat shaky keeper and some flops. Vidal and Alex haven't signed yet. There's been rumours about Ribery and Robben leaving... have there been more recently?

Against Utd he was shaky. But maybe that was an off day.

The only reason Schalke still were in with a punchers chance of getting through was because Neuer's heroics in the first leg.
Everyone has off days.
Sorry for the boxing reference i could'nt help myself lol.

Yeah, ok. No one's leaving and I don't know where you get the shaky keeper thing from.

Well he was shaky against Utd but as you said good against Inter. I suppose he's still young and these shaky moments will be ironed out. Maybe I was a little bit harsh.

If they sign Alex or another experienced CB to play alongside. Boeteng they will have an excellent defence to rival most teams in Europe. But they will probably stick with Badstuber.
They also need cover for Robben and Ribery.May be Kroos would be used on the wings more this season?
Edit:
They dont even need Vidal this season they should just concentrate on buying another quality CB.

Kroos will play on the wings, at least in left AMC as he played in Leverkusen with Heynckes.
Mueller can also play anywhere. We also just signed a Japanese winger, Usami.

^ Sorry i meant they should concentrate on buying another CB rather than Vidal.I suppose the plan would be to use Gustavo more in CB if Vidal is signed?

Very highly. They are serious contenders for the CL and might take it if they get another good defender after Boateng.
