After the Bale purchase, i would think that Flo would shy away from buying any so-called EPL superstars unless they are truly technically gifted (by La Liga standards). Kane looks like a poacher to me.

the only problem is that while Kane is having a successful season, and he is looking like a very good player in the making, there is nothing about his game that makes your jaw drop. Everything about his game at the moment is quality decision making, positioning and accurate finishing. With a guy like that, who lacks the edge in technical abilities, you want to watch him over more than one season...

And at the end of the day, that's the most important factor if we are going to talk about flo going bonkers for him. So no, aint happening, and from what i have seen, i like guys like sturridge or lacazette have shown a lot more quality to me, in his age group at least.

Kane is actually an interesting player, he is odd to watch, you see him trying things with the ball and it just comes out cleanly. There is no outstanding display of technique, he is tall, lean, holds the ball well, runs with the ball at times, and as i said, everything is just working out for him right now. you want to see a lot more from him before you start labelling him with names though... just my take anyway

poaching to me means that most of player's impact and skill occur in the box... there are skillful poachers and not so skillful poachers. But it is all part of poaching to me.

To me a poacher is Inzaghi (not to slate him because he was insanely good at it) Kane isn't that, you don't turn Cahill and Terry inside out if you don't have a little more than just an ability to sniff out chances in the box.
