I agree with Elm that Pereyra may become a good player but I don't see any great attributes from him to see him become world class. As for Shaqiri he would be a decent buy but I don't regard him as a top player but he is an upgrade on Giovinco nonetheless. We should defo move for Kramaric, he could be world class!

as for Pereyra he has everything he needs to be class AM, plus he is from Argentina, players from there are always professional opposite from Brazil kids wh oend their careers really early. I don't know if Shaquiri will be better than Pereyra but I'll take him with both hands .

Yes pereyra is good enough, and has talent. I wouldn't rate shaqiri too high though... @inder and elm, wait for pereyra.

I really want Shaqiri at Juventus. He can help us play many formations and is a player that can beat his man. I don't think he's another Giovinco.

Certainly not another Giovinco despite his height, he's built like a rhino. He'd be a great pick up for any side, it's no shame riding the bench at such a Bayern team.

Who said Shaqiri is like Giovinco? He is much stronger like Gio and more completed player.
I've said it many times that he would be a great addition to our team but I doubt a move would happen in January.

No one said he is like Giovinco, he is an upgrade on Giovinco but he is not a top player for me but definitely a good one. I think Juve should sell Giovinco for anything they can and sell Gabbiadini to Napoli if they want him. Bayern chief said Shaqiri can leave in January. So if we make the knockout stages on Cl then we should sell those two players and sign Shaqiri and Kramaric the croatian who has also said it would be a dream to play for Juve. Put Shaqiri in the first team and give him some time to settle into the league etc for next season and send Kramaric straight out to Sassuolo on loan to play half the season to see how he gets along.

Kramaric seems like a good player. Do you know how much we'll pay for him? I also think it's a good idea to loan him out for half a season, but I don't know if I would sell Gabiaddini, I think he'll turn out to be a pretty good player. Also, what do you guys think about Zaza, I don't think he's scoring a lot in Serie A right now, do you think it was just a bit of hype?

They aren't, and never were real prospects for us. Players like that will hold us back, unless they're accepting of bench roles from now until they left us.

Exactly. Zaza, Gabbiadini and Berardi just seem like your standard run of the mill who wont increase our standard at all. Better to sell these players for the best offers we get like Immobile who so far is unsurprising a big flop at Dortmund.

Exactly. And he is 30 already... We have caceres who can play there in RB too. 3m per anum for a Defensive player is a lot.

Pochettino: ‘Delighted to play for Juve’


Tomas Pochettino has spoken of his joy as the Argentinian youngster stands on the verge of completing a move to Juventus.

The Boca Juniors midfielder is almost certain to move to the Bianconeri in January, with a loan move to Sassuolo being mooted to help the young playmaker settle in Serie A.

“I haven’t signed yet, but I’ll do a medical tomorrow then go back to Argentina,” Pochettino revealed in an interview with Calciomercato.

“I’m delighted by the opportunity to play for Juve, it’s a club I really like. They’re a very important club in Italy and in Europe.

Keane ‘regrets’ rejecting Juventus


Roy Keane admits he regrets turning down a move to Juventus in favour of remaining at Manchester United.

The Irishman spent 12 years at Old Trafford, winning the English Premier League seven times as well as the Champions League - although the combative midfielder missed the final after being suspended following a semi-final with Juventus.

Speaking to FourFourTwo, Keane discussed his footballing regrets, revealing that he turned down a move to the Turin giants, as well as German club Bayern Munich.

Rugani to Juve in January?


Daniele Rugani is being linked with an early to return to Juventus, as the Old Lady struggle with defensive injuries.

Bianconero Coach Massimiliano Allegri admitted today that the club are short of options in defence, with no return date estimated for Andrea Barzagli and Kwadwo Asamoah and Romulo recovering from surgery.

The mounting crisis in the Scudetto winners’ backline has led the Gazzetta dello Sport to speculate that promising centre-back Daniele Rugani could return to Turin in January.

The 20-year-old is co-owned by Juventus and playing club Empoli, and has been impressive for the Tuscan side this term, even earning a call-up to Antonio Conte’s Italy squad.

With the Bianconeri set to bring in around €7m from Manolo Gabbiadini’s prospective sale to Napoli, the newspaper believes the League leaders could buy out Empoli’s share in Rugani this January.

Gianluca Di Marzio’s website concurs that Juve would be keen to bring Rugani to Juventus Stadium ahead of schedule, but warns that Empoli would be unwilling to sacrifice the defender midway through the season.

The site claims that only a substantial offer from the Bianconeri would tempt the promoted side to part with Rugani.

At the other end of the field, the Gazzetta is also speculating on the future of Sebastian Giovinco. The sports daily states that should the diminutive forward decide to leave in January, ahead of his contract expiring in the summer, Domenico Berardi could be recalled from loan at Sassuolo.

The alternative would be to re-sign Simone Zaza, also at Sassuolo. Juve sold their stake in the player to the Neroverdi this summer, but retain a buyback clause on the Italian international.

Apparently Manolo will sign for Napoli and we will get 7m for this deal...
