The last game that made me feel like this was The Last of Us.

just reading the thread on Neogaf about this..can't believe I never saw this myself rofl
all those times you have to find a way up for yourself or your buddy in this, mostly by finding a box to stand on to climb onto a ledge...makes 0 sense since you both carry around the rope you use for swinging/pulling and there's no valid reason why the characters don't do that to pull each other up.

Chapter 17 "for better or worse"
Naughty Dogs
- Spoiler:
- that scene where you are driving with elena towards the new devon with that music playing in the background and it's a long-ish drive with no enemy or puzzle or anything. Just driving seeing the GOAT scenery. Mood is a bit heavy due to the convo you just had with Elena
One of the best scenes in the game.
So simple but powerful

UC2 had Lazar right? Shit villain
WAT.
Lazar was one of the best things about Uncharted 2 lol, the boss fight it self was frustrating sometimes but the character itself shits all over any villain in Uncharted history included Uncharted 4's which isn't all that imo ( Nadine Ross is a better character by a significant margin) and unless it explodes in the final 6-7 chapters i really don't get the hype.

Re: Uncharted 4: A Thief's End
- Spoiler:
- Nadine doesn't really do anything, though. Her only purpose was to provide the army for Nate to kill
The fights with her were cool, though.
I thought UC4 had the best story from start to finish, because out of all the games it had the most at stake for Nate. The whole story felt more personal than he rest.
Also thought UC4 had the best level design. All the locations were memorable in some way. Scotland was fantastic, New Devon was beautiful. That part in Chapter 19 with the bones hanging from the ceiling was creepy as hell too.

- Her character is a lot more interesting than Rafe IMO because there's legitimate greyness to her character and besides as of right now Rafe doesn't do anything she doesn't do tbh lol.

Re: Uncharted 4: A Thief's End
The thing i had with it was the random grenade launchers from every angle, avoiding actual gun fire wasn't actually that bad.
Which is why i after dying twice i decided to get up high as fast as possible to stop the constant spam of grenade launchers.

Re: Uncharted 4: A Thief's End
I was really badly equipped going into it lol, i dropped all my ammo except for my pistol just before that lmao
Luckily i was able to sneak up on someone on the higher level and take his Scar like weapon.

I did it by playing prologue saving over your game while keeping current stats and treasures, exiting to main menu once chapter 1 starts and it autosaves, then playing the epilogue in chapter select, also unlocked completing the game with 70% accuracy that way, mansion was one of the only sections I had to replay due to dying to enemies. Agreed on the puzzles tbh, but I felt they were good how they were, nothing too challenging but most of them were pretty fun. especially the final one.

Re: Uncharted 4: A Thief's End
and Rafe is GOAT. Lazar was a generic comic book like villain. Rafe was like a twisted version of the Drake brothers. Had the most human personality. I mean yeah he came off like he wasn't THAT threatening individually, but that's what Nadine and her Army were for.

Not sure when, because Witcher DLC is out end of the month and i'll probably split my time between that and Uncharted for now. I'm definitely going to get it eventually though.
As for when i'm finishing, probably tomorrow or Tuesday maybe. Although i was playing earlier with Tom we just got off for a break though, was going to play GTA later but if that doesn't happen maybe he's game for some UC mp in a hour or so.

Yep, i'm of the same, Lazar was your archetype villain, forgettable character. Rafe on the other hand has some depth to his villainous intentions
