On chapter 16.
I can feel the impending ending of this utterly epic game looming.
I don't want it to end
I'm enjoying it far too much

I think there's a glitch and I'm stuck
Help. Only if you've passed chapter 19
- Spoiler:
- in chapter 19, averys descent, there's a bit in the cave where I'm Carrying that flamed torch and i walk past the mummies, suddenly I have to press L up + O before the cave ignites and blows up. It's in slow motion. I'm pressing the damn thing buts it's not working. Don't know what to do

Re: Uncharted 4: A Thief's End
might actually go for the platinum now, just gotta mop up a couple of misc trophies then I need to play through the game on crushing while getting all collectibles. will start that in a few days. crushing is easy with bullet mode + infinite ammo and OP weapons select enabled.
surprised the MP is actually pretty good too, didn't think it would be my thing, can't see myself playing it long term but it's pretty good, wish they had a level system though

Re: Uncharted 4: A Thief's End
Doing a second playthrough on crushing mode. Gonna bitch out and do it with infinite ammo unlocked, I read it doesn't affect your trophy count. So it's all good.
Haven't yet decided whether I wanna platinum it or not, I've already platinum'd U2 and U3, and it takes a lot of time and effort.....don't know if I'm willing to go through that again.

I already know I won't lol, too much tedious shit.
I bothered with Witcher 3 but only because I got the large majority before I looked at it. Can't see bothering here.

Re: Uncharted 4: A Thief's End
actually think I cba to platinum this mostly because even though I only have to beat it on crushing the collectibles is something i can't stand in games and I'd have to read a guide my entire second playthrough. Gonna take a break now for a week and then start TW3 DLC(s). Will go back to Uncharted when the single player DLC is unlocked. Co-OP campaign would be banter too. Overall this is definitely in my top 10. Top 3 Sony exclusive. Loved how even though it kept the Uncharted feeling it was slightly more serious. Naughty Dog are probably the GOAT.

Re: Uncharted 4: A Thief's End
Speaking of the single-player DLC, I wonder if they are ever going to sell that by itself.
No point getting the season pass when all the multiplayer maps, guns and modes are free.

Just finished it, great weekend game, think its UC 4>2>3=1 for me, amazing graphics, dialogue, set pieces etc
- Spoiler:
- So is this the end of UC or Nate's chapter? They did some nice closure in the epilogue, still, think they can continue the franchise with the daughter if they wish to

Re: Uncharted 4: A Thief's End
yeah I think if/when they make an Uncharted movie it should be based on this one
unless they want a franchise then I guess it'd make sense to have this one as the final
also thought this Uncharted had the best antagonists by a landslide, Rafe was a great character and his voice acting was top notch
final boss fight was lit, glad it was no bullshit like previous games, felt very fitting
think I'd agree with Moal (he said Socltand was his favorite location right?) they were all great but that area in particular stood out to me

MP seems quite fun, only played a bunch of TDM. I like how you unlock skins and stuff but yeah, hope they patch in a lvling/ranking system so it feels like you're working towards something

Not completed it yet but yeah.
It had everything. From great visuals, to set pieces, excellent game design, amazing combat spaces, puzzles etc.
Also the pacing of it all flowed together, there was levels that did certain things better but none imo flowed every facet of Uncharted so well as that did for me.

chapter 11 was the best chapter in the game tho
or rather the most thrilling, scotland was a couple of chapters IIRC

Re: Uncharted 4: A Thief's End
Agreed with people that Rafe was goat & imo the best one in the series
UC2 had Lazar right? Shit villain
UC1 was it Eddie Raja? Good. Great banter
UC3 was it that old bitch? Shit one imo

Don't agree, it had one of the best set pieces so far but as a level on a whole which many examples have to be considered it falls short by comparison imo.
