Na seriously, hope he stays, he is exactly what you guys need at this moment in time. When you get yourselves a solid backline it won't really matter whether you have ddg or say lloris in goal imo. But it's always good to have the best players in their positions playing for your team

I think if we can get the winning streak up to 10 then see where we are, if it's 5-6 points off Chelsea, then maybe we can say we can title challenge. The good thing is we're winning but playing badly which means we haven't peaked too early, still room for improvement. De Gea looks like he will eclipse the Great Dane if he stays.

Not really a fan of that central midfield, very weak defensively. You tend not to get away with stuff like that away from home, Leicester game comes to mind. I hope I'm wrong and we win of course. Saying that, Villa have a lot of injuries and Spanish Tom can't play because of the loan rules.

Playing with Fletcher and Evans, we're basically playing with 9 men. I haven't seen a worse United performance in alongtime than what Fletcher gave this half. I feel for him, dude should just retire at HT. Then Evans mistimed that flight of the ball for their goal. ffs such a liability.

Mata back in fraud mode. For all our posession, we just look unthreatening. We're not linking up well up front, bar one or 2 moments that involved Falcao(he's been good). But we look unbalanced, top heavy, and a shambles in mf and defence.

Need massive changes. Take off Fletch and bring on ADM, take off Evans and bring on Blackett or Mcnair, they cant do worse.

Awful performance tbh. Even when they went down to 10 men, we barely created anything. And our defence.....seriously one of the worst defence in the league. That 1st half team selection cost us, fletcher was a nothing player...and once carrick moved to the mf, we gained more control of the ball and looked alright.

Falcao scoring was the only highlight.

LVG had a nightmare today.

He basically played 4 strikers with Fletcher holding. People say you shouldn't change a winning team, but that's quite frankly stupid, especially when our performances could have been better.

Like what needs to happen for him to realise we look so awful playing this 3-5-2 bullshit. We've looked horrid everytime we've played it. It pisses me off

Very frustrating game, also wasn't worst today but I've been a big fan of Jones, but he hasn't really got anything else to his game apart from last ditch tackling. He's still young so he can improve, just not as good as I thought he was. Thank goodness, Smalling is back next game.

Also, even if we won today, the football we've been playing recently is unacceptable. It's hard to watch. I don't expect us to play free flowing football every game, we didn't under Fergie, but it was so much easier to watch than today.

Sooner rather than later this was predicted. The way we have been lucky, this is a much needed wake up slap.

And now I realized those two are only good to play as full backs and not wing backs. That way at least they wont overlap much and will concentrate more on their defensive play which surprisingly is better than their 'out of this world shitttttt' offensive attributes.

Tbh I think he's shit. Far too erratic and has to always make last ditch tackles due to his poor positioning. He's too injury prone to get a run of games to improve as well. I think we'll cut our losses with him. In saying that though, he's miles better than Evans.

Thank Goodness Smalling is back, by far our best defender.

It's not just away, RED, his style of play there is no mid area, it's either shit or good. You know against Chelsea he did the same exact pass to Di Maria as he did to RVP vs Liverpool. Difference? This time RvP scored, but Di Maria missed. He also had a great chance vs Chelsea where he was totally unmarked. Difference? He missed vs Chelsea, but scored vs Liverpool. It's too much of a drastic difference, game to game if you only rely on your stats. He frustrates me more than Valencia and that's some doing.
