mega deal with messi

i'd seen mix reaction of barca fans on messi over year long, maybe just jinx or sarcasm? but would like to know how barca fans think on these deal.

would u wan it to happen?

if manc offer d.silva + zabaleta +20m for messi,

or silva + kompany for messi

or any other suggestion

Wat? Silva is worth about € 50M at best and nothing we need. Zabaleta maybe € 20M. PSG would probably pay outright € 120 million-ish for him while sending Marquinhos in the other direction as a bonus gift.

if city sell kompany they will be finished. Simple as that. He is the one who is holding them right now. Their back line will be horrible without him.

It is clearly Silva who Man City depond on. By far the best creative midfielder on earth and 1 of the 2 best players in the League. Everything GL thought Ozil was, Silva actually is..and twice the better.

If James, Suarez and Co. go for € 80M+ of course Messi will go for nothing less than € 120M. Even if he has declined he'd still be a marketing machine for a rising club like PSG (obviously he also still produces a bit here and there on the pitch). Look how much PSG even profited and merchandised Ibra and Ibra was a Barca reject and CL flop who only Milan wanted on loan. At PSG his value has risen enormously in the past 2 years playing against scrubs.

Realistically he won't leave. Because if he does Barca couldn't invest the money until 2016 (transfer ban).

In theory I wouldn't be against selling him if the necessary transfers would be made with the money and if he doesn't go to Bayern or Chelsea (Pep or Mourinho would probably get him back to his best in already great teams, strengthening main CL competitors doesn't make sense). Suarez and Neymar is really enough firepower upfront, probably even better if they don't have to share the ball with Messi and let him dictate the game at his snail pace but do their own thing instead. If for example Reus would be added as well Neymar-Suarez-Reus would be beyond awesome. I'd sell him to PSG if they gave us Verratti, Marquinhos and a little spare cash in return. Probably even without the spare cash. Young world class talents in central defense and central midfield are hard to come by. Barca doesn't lack upfront.

does the transfer ban limit solely players trading as well?
i meant without the fees involve. eg, messi for a+b+c players

Barca can't register new players. Fee or no fee, a straight "swap" isn't possible either.
