@Orbinho
Cesc Fabregas has the same number of goal assists as the whole Arsenal squad this season.

I dont know where to post this so I'll just post it here:
DANIEL ALVES:
"Mourinho didn't invent football, he found nothing."
JOSÉ MOURINHO:
"Not even Einstein could have said better. Daniel Alves is absolutely right, I didn't invent football. But it was a portuguese who discovered Brasil."

He could have soo many more assists if RVP, Falcao and Mata weren't so wasteful

lol. Well played
Hala I agree. ADM is creating a lot of chances and his crosses are the best I've seen since Beckham (the forwards need to attack the cross in the box instead of holding back their runs). The positives are United now have a player who can create chances out of nothing. Which is a massive improvement after last season, when we struggled badly to create a single noteworthy chance in open play.

But let's not forget that this time last season Sunderland had 1 point and Crystal Palace 3 points and both went on to stay in the league.
Sandro might be but the rest are not, premier league hype maybe but not premier league quality.
Taarabt has done nothing to prove his quality is of the necessary standard and Vargas has been crap his entire club career outside of Brazil.
The rest played for Cardiff and Norwich last season and where are they now? You guessed it the Championship.

You can be a good player and get relegated with a bad team. Just look at Newcastle in 08-09

top two play for Arsenal
Stay safe RG
@Red, I have noticed that RVP misses alot of easy chances that he should otherwise put away this season. I don't know how clinical he was in Fergie's last season but he is being very wasteful this season. Hopefully he starts banging them in soon

Who was actually good on that team though? I mean actually good players not names who were passed their sell by date.
Even players like Enrique and Coloccini hadn't adapted to England yet, in any case that was a unique set of circumstances which can't be applied to QPR, Norwich and Cardiff really.

29-yo Owen
29-yo Damien Duff
Kevin Nolan
Andy Carroll
Ever-young Obafemi Martins
And of course Shola
And if players like Coloccini and Enrique didn't adapt to the PL in their first season but have been PL quality since then, surely the same benefit of the doubt should be applied to players like Fer or Mutch, who have had only one season in the Prem - and good ones, too
If Cardiff and Norwich didn't have any PL quality players last season, they would have crashed much worse than they did. So, yeah, I do think the names I mentioned (Caulker, Fer, Mutch, Hoilett, Sandro, Taarabt, Vargas) are (or in the last two cases can be) good enough for the PL.
What QPR's problem really is, is that they would need one or two players who can give everyone a lift, but instead they have players who are dragging this 'quite-okay' bunch down: Caulker having to play with a seriously-past-it-but-Harry's-favorite Ferdinand; Fer having to run the midfield with such mobile-miracles as "I've never really been that good and now I'm even worse" Joey Barton, mortal combat Sandro or Karl frigging Henry; Mutch and Hoilett are decent wingers, but what makes most wingers look good is a striker who can score from their service and Charlie Austin looks bang average.

selling Remy is probably QPR's biggest mistake, and probably Remy's biggest mistake seeing as Costa is undroppable

Selling Remy was probably inevitable, so it seemed, but they needed to buy someone more reliable and more CF-type forward than Vargas. Unless Austin comes good, but he doesn't look very good. A 33 or 34-year-old Zamore needs no mentioning... but I just did.

Art that's why I said past their sell by dates.
The players you named were well past what ever prime they had and what's more they were mercenaries who didn't give much of a shit.

Jose discovered Brazil himself, ffs.
He also discovered Pele, Zico and Ronaldo at the same time and after he discovered them, he invented Samba dancing with a local.

Every player I mentioned from that Newcastle team were under 30 back then
I don't think you can in that case say that they were past it.

Not really relevant sometimes tbf, Ronaldinho was passed it at 29.
It's not always about the age but the character of the human being.

FA to investigate Arsenal over Smoke bombs.
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2782517/FA-investigate-Arsenal-Chelsea-s-kick-delay-SMOKE-BOMB-Stamford-Bridge.html
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-2782517/FA-investigate-Arsenal-Chelsea-s-kick-delay-SMOKE-BOMB-Stamford-Bridge.html
he FA have launched an investigation after the kick-off for Chelsea’s Premier League clash with Arsenal was delayed by 15 minutes on Sunday when a smoke bomb went off on a stadium concourse at Stamford Bridge.
Both clubs were contacted for their observations on Monday although Arsenal are more likely to be in trouble because the incident occurred at the away end of the ground.
Gates were temporarily closed to prevent more of their supporters entering the stadium and a match scheduled to start at 2.05pm did not kick off until 2.20pm.
Although it was initially reported that flares had been set off, it now appears to have been a smoke bomb.
Arsenal could be charged under rule E20 for ‘failing to control supporters’ but it is far from certain that they will face further action.
The Premier League have also been in touch with both clubs as part of their ongoing efforts to keep flares and smoke bombs out of football grounds.
The Gunners are already in hot water with UEFA after Galatasaray fans set off flares during last week’s Champions League tie at the Emirates.

Merseyside injured 11. Where would this finish?
GK? - Coleman, Stones, Lovren, Sakho - Allen, McCarthy, Can - Mirallas, Sturridge, Barkley
Top 10 finish imo.
