Decided I ought to get a screen protector for once, I usually don't even like using cases but I figured I should get protection since I dropped my last phone a few times (luckily nothing happened to it)

Immediately regret it, *bleep* hell those adhesive tempered glass screen protector are a massive pain in the ass to put on correctly.

Really enjoying the Huawei P20 Pro though, impressive phone, though I'm def not using it to it's potential, especially with regards to the camera.

In past 4 years i've Had LG G3, LG G4, Samsung S7 edge and now Samsung Note 8. Note 8 is the best by far in all departments. but that's natural i guess. being the last one and most expensive. Never had an Iphone tho.

Apple does it better though. I've had the Note 8 for a year and it's a wonderful smartphone but after 3 to 4 months its battery life decreased significantly. The XS max is a beast though. 1 day of almost heavy use and still got 20-30% of it before bed.

I have a 6S and the battery lasts for an enitre day for me too, but I don't play any games, I mainly use messenger, facebook and reddit. Still the battery is better than on any android phone i've owned before and the phone isn't new obv. Not to mention Apple's OS is so much better that I decided I'll never switch back to Android.

Prices of those flagship phones has become quite obscene. I have an S8 plus now and I will upgrade next year. Most likely to the OnePlus 8T. OnePlus makes good phones without making you feel like you are taking out a mortgage to buy it

My Mate 20 Pro has been pretty beast so far, the super charge that comes with the cable is legit a hack. 20 mins of charging to a plug and its 100%, my only issue is i hate big screen phones, i like smaller phones that fit the palm of my hand (i.e. Iphone 7). Even with the mini-screen viewer, its a bit clunky.

Samsung charging absurd prices ffs

sticking with mah Chinese brands going forward, only way I see myself stopping is if the Government ban them

can't justify the prices Apple and Samsung charge when Huawei, Oneplus etc have the same or sometimes better specs for way less

Samsung phones are expensive but you can sell them on expensively as well. Used S8s go for around 250 - 280 Euros.

My contract is up in July, I pay 29.99 Euros a month for 16 GB 4G, Flatrate everything (S8 phone was included in this with 1 time payment of 89 Euros). If I sell my S8 for 250 Euros and continue paying 29.99 Euros a month I can basically get an S10 for it for free.

Moreso than the price I'm concerned about the sizing. These things are getting so huge I can't be bothered really. Not keen on walking around with a tablet.

Sticking by me guns and will not update my 6S unless it burns or explodes.

Samsung S9 is a bit less than 1 cm bigger in length than your 6s. 84 % vs 65 % screen-to-body ratio makes it possible.

Android phones are a no-go for me though. Won't switch back to them from an iphone. And mind you, I think the 6S is already a little too big. I liked the 5S better.

I hope Apple will finally make iPhone SE 2. But that sadly might never happen.
