Barry obviously was there the night of his mothers death, that was also the case in the Flashpoint Paradox film right and I suppose that thing is canon?

Flash finally stepped up the game this episode. Hope they keep it away from the episodical format.. but it's CW so no hope for that.

The whole Iris thing is a waste of space since their relationship is canon and most people know they'll end up together, so the more time spent on the love triangle the worse.

Nah Wells has gone too far to be one of the new gods. Zolomon suits him best at this point.

I think they are taking bits from Flash paradox. But they can't do flash paradox without making a huge mess or involving Batman. They will find a way around.

Everyone from the generation watching The Flash knows of Wally West being a flash from watching Justice League ffs (if they payed attention). Eddie seems nice in a douchy way though, can't wait to see his demise.

Iris's sister could have moved out before Barry's parents were killed and Wally could be a teenager now. Would think they'd write that in and explain it that way.

I really can't figure it out. That's the good thing about it. The potential in Flash is immense. Far more than Arrow. Time travel itself opens up hundres of arcs. Let's hope they capitalise on it.

Future machine was called gideon which is somehow a name for another time travelling god. But that could just be an easter egg.

The way that machine works is to find all the information across the time. So billions of years in the past or the future. Wells currently is monitoring the period of infinite crisis. It's when Wally(Barry in the tv series I guess) got trapped in the speed force. They will change that to barry travelling back in the past.

Every incident that changes things, Gideon monitors it. It's like a time travel monitor. Which actually does goes well with your theory of Metron.
