Max Eberl tried everything to keep him as he thought he'd have better chances to develop at BMG, but Sinan Kurt was adamant that he would be better off at Bayern. We shall see now.

He doesn't really play the position you or Spurs need him in anymore due to what Portugal and Monaco need him to do. Sad really, he was a stud before.

Everything I have seen is a 2M loan fee with a 8M purchase option.

Either way just glad we are taking the loan route. I don't rate Welbeck at all, but wouldn't mind seeing what Poch could do with any player of any remote quality.
