Bale far and away Madrid's best player. Wasn't expecting Ronaldo to come on, but when he did, he did next to nothing, which isn't all that surprising in and of itself. The crowd got what they wanted though so no one really seemed to mind....except for the hilarious Liverpool fan who sat behind me. That guy was going to town on both Rooney and Ronaldo ....you Reds would be proud of that lad. Had the whole section we sat in grabbing our sides.

You was a part of history. 109k attendance. Incredible turnout. Great match too, befitting of the occasion.
