Khedira would be fantastic. Even if he's b2b, he has the attributes to play a more defensive role. Arteta does it (granted he's struggled as he's aged) and he's nowhere near as tall, physically imposing, athletic or as much of a no-nonsense tackler type as Khedira.

khadira struggles when he is pressed, germany havent faced a proper pressing team all world cup. at int level khadira has time on the ball that he wouldn't get in the pl. arteta is poor when closed down, same as khadira, top pl teams will target that weakness same as they did with arteta.
