I am a both actually. I love them somewhat equally. (see my Avatar ) Hence the reference 'we'. Among all the European teams I love Oranje the most. (even before lvg I had a soft corner for the Dutch, and the idea of LvG being there simply upped my following by a great proportion)

That said if its an Arg vs Hol semi then I will be rooting for Argentina of course as they were my favorites from long back. and cos my entire big family support them.

The biggest surprise I've gotten out of the Dutch this World Cup is that Dirk Kuyt is still an active player

Yes just got to understand that. Two of the three in midfield i.e. Guardado and Salcido are listed as defenders in the squad list.

Somehow I'm starting to believe that European teams are having a hard-time to make a name with South American place. Currently Mexico do have one goal. I'm kinda worried if Netherlands can still continue their impressive run. But still I am backing Netherlands to win

Well, with 30+ deg Celsius at Fortaleza, it is BBQ time for the Dutch. It is understandable they started slower than in the matches in colder climate, but the question is - can they manage to go into a higher gear still after trying to preserve some energy at the start and score at least once before the 90 minutes are through?

Robben was falling before he got touched.. totally expected that and went for the dive

Was a clear penalty, yes he exaggerated the contact but there's a clear trip by Marquez.

Anyway as expected a really close game and again i find myself feeling sorry for the loser

Congrats to Holland and to Mexico who like Chile were tremendous value in this tournament.
