WWE's merchandise sales have been rising, with WWEShop.com's daily orders up from 867 a day to 1,200 a day. The reason for the increase is unknown, but it could be because of the fact that WWE website is up 74% over the past year (due to the launch of the WWE Network)..

John Cena is still the top seller at live events with Daniel Bryan at a close second. CM Punk merchandise is still doing very well online. Goldust and Wyatt Family sheep masks are also selling very well.

Rollins didn't join Evolution imo, he just aligned with the authority. Evolution and Shield shouldn't have new members.

WWE probably know Rollins/Ambrose can get over some other way, whereas Reigns would be generic, so they let him keep the Shield gimmick. Also the music is edited a bit for him. A bit like it was for the Rock when he left Nation of domination.

AJ Lee is apparently pregnant, according to a former WWE employee.

I have gotten word from a reliable source that AJ Lee is pregnant. I am looking more into this story and can't confirm yet. But I figured I would share this story here first with you fans. We may not be seeing AJ for a very long time or ever again if this is true.

WWE reportedly made a last minute pitch to CM Punk for a possible return at the Payback pay-per-view in Chicago earlier this month but obviously it didn’t work out.

Punk continues to insist that he is retired and is drawing a lot of comparisons within WWE to Shawn Michaels, who took off several years in his prime before returning. A lot of people within WWE have been making this comparison for a while, noting that both have a “take my ball and go home” mentality.

It’s said that due to injuries and roster depth, Punk has more leverage than ever with WWE and the company would pretty much give him what he wants but he is not budging.

Punk will officially be a free agent next month when his contract expires.

WWE issued a survey to members of their mailing list this morning, asking them which WWE star they would want to see Brock Lesnar challenge for the WWE World Heavyweight championship at Summerslam.

The survey featured all seven names competing in the Money in the Bank WWE championship ladder match - John Cena, Roman Reigns, Bray Wyatt, Cesaro, Alberto Del Rio, Randy Orton, and Sheamus.

The poll did not feature Daniel Bryan or CM Punk. The belief internally was that Bryan might be able to make it back by Summerslam.

Punk, who walked out in Janury, has categorized himself a retired wrestler publicly, but remains under contract to WWE through next month. WWE not listing either as a possibility could be a sign they are not even involved in current creative discussions.

According to WWE sources, WWE is targeting SummerSlam to be the launch of the Network in The UK.

At the start of 2014, the original timeline had the Network being available in the UK by the end of the calendar year. The technical issues have mostly been worked out and the Network is performing at a high enough level as seen with the WrestleMania stream. This coupled with the fact that WWE business recently took a sizable hit on Wall Street, WWE wants to pick up the pace on getting the Network available internationally to boost revenue.

There have been two ideas within WWE regarding the UK launch. One idea is to build it around launching on SummerSlam weekend, and the other is to have it launch a few weeks prior to SummerSlam.

From the people WZ talked to, it seems launching before SummerSlam weekend is what they hope, so any issues that come up with a surge of new subscribers can be fixed before the second biggest event of the year.
