The list is based on the current season, he would be somewhere out of top ten in my list, he's not doing better than Unai Emery.

Thought Liverpool won the Capital One Cup in 2013, turns out it was 2012. Replace Rodgers with any top manager who won a trophy in a top league with a top club in the past few years. hmm
