I'm with Hank and Sep, I wouldn't mind one bit getting a really hard group and see progressing to the knock-out rounds as a bonus rather than a must.

Btw, Dortmund would be awesome, two young team, two young coaches, very roughly can be termed as similar style :bow:

Wont mind whatever group comes, doesnt matter if we get knocked out (but still it would be just proud and awesome feeling to knock a strong team out in group stage ), tbh with all of you for me it is equally important to finish in top 4 next season. I am not taking it very granted that we will challenge for the title till the end even in the next season

I'm completely in agreement with you guys. I want the toughest group possible with the biggest giants the CL has to offer. We didn't get into CL to play EL level opponents. We could've done that finishing 5th or 6th also.

Look realistically we aren't going to win it right away this year so might as well get some memorable matches. And you never know, should we get rid of a couple of tough teams in group stages, maybe our way through the knockout rounds will be paved a bit easier.

Would you rather we finished 2nd in the group and faced a really tough opponent (say Bayern, Barca, Madrid) and were sent home packing in the round of 16 or get 3rd and go to Europa and have a shot at winning the whole thing?

So it is Lille vs Porto...I have no idea how good Lille are. But considering Porto are so strong, I think it will be difficult for Lille to go the next round; unless Origi does some magic.

Dayum - that is a sick pic Nishy.

Don't count Lille out though they have a strong system and good role players. They're not a gaudy team with the players they have but they have a good coach and some potential off the bench (as well as one of the best GKs in the world).

All my Polish mates on fb ARE going bonkers...imagine if we beat Madrid 6-1 on aggregate and got kicked out, because Flanagan (who we didn't use for 3 games, assuming he's serving his suspension) came on last minute just to troll Madrid.
