We don't need him anymore. If Cesc wants to save his career then he should move to Milan.

Even RG doesn't want him anymore, fss. That's how bad it is.

Re: Why was Tata so afraid to bench Cesc?
It's not that he is bad. He is still an elite player. Just that we have moved on. It would be like going back with your ex even if she is a 10
I have moved on Cesc. So should you
Milan is the best place for him. He will elevate them to greatness. Cesc-Balo-SES Combination would be absolutely lethal

Galliani would offer loan with option to buy (€ 10M in 200 installments).
Why is Moysie not just coming in with a desperate € 60M offer? The pos paid € 45M for Mata.

Re: Why was Tata so afraid to bench Cesc?
Old man Xavi goes off and Barça become quicker in their passing, quicker in stopping counter attacks, attack with purpose, score 2 goals and concede 0.
He even had the cheek to argue with his coach for making that decision even if it means improving the team... is he not captain? He should be fined for his lack of professionalism.

1. Cesc had 0 impact on the match. He had 0 impact on the goals, which were coincidentally scored soon after he came on. After going behind, Athletic pushed forward, leaving space in behind.
2. It's great that you get to sit on Barca's bench and overhear player/coach discussions, next time will you please ask Montoya what's his favourite Game of Thrones character? Thanks.

Xavi was actually nodding in agreement to what Tata said. Probably said something along the lines of: "Look at this turtle, why the hell did I sub you off for him?"

Re: Why was Tata so afraid to bench Cesc?
Cesc doesnt need any impact. Xavi is not being on pitch means nobody will slow down quick balls and counter attacks. All barca attackers love to go forward except Xavi who counts his pass accuracy, and scared to make a missplaced pass

Except he never said that...
"tiene mucho temple, siempre quiere jugar y pide la pelota, si algo lo caracteriza es la valentía y yo no tengo ningún tipo de dudas sobre él",
"He has a lot of spirit, he always wants to play and asks for the ball, if something characterizes him is his bravery and I don't have any doubts about him"

Re: Why was Tata so afraid to bench Cesc?
I think someone said this in an earlier thread. Cesc is world class with space and the field in front of him. His passing is absolutely beautiful when he doesn't have pressure put on him. he doesn't have the close control and awareness to play at barca though. He doesn't suit their style.

Re: Why was Tata so afraid to bench Cesc?
Old man Xavi goes off again and Barça instantly improve as a team defensively and offensively. He's become a liability nowadays and offers more to the opposition than Barça.
Barça management are absolutely clueless not to see that already. Old man should do the honourable thing and retire this season and become Barça's manager, it might just help the team he captains and loves rather than play like this week in week out.

Re: Why was Tata so afraid to bench Cesc?
has anybody ever thought that barca is the problem?
all this nonsesne about tiki taka being the be all and end all of the club..
tell me what tiki taka did they play with ronaldinho, etoo and guily?
the club is so self absorbed that it cant see what it can do when tiki taka is no longer applicable.
